I hopped on Yelp and a few other sites and I really liked the reviews M&M recieved. I requested a quote online and got a response with in about a half hour! 4 hours later I had a worker at my house. He explained everything to me and started the job, about an hour later the spring was fully replaced. I forgot the workers name and it wasn't on the invoice but he did an excellent job explaining the job. He also pointed out some other parts I might want to get replaced sooner or later. He was not pushy one bit and was happy to give me some recomendations, and even wrote me a quote for these replacements if I want to do them at a later date. Overall very happy

What should have been a simple garage door job turned into a ridiculous number of problems, return visits, and time I had to take away from work. First, they tore down my weather stripping even though they were NOT supposed to touch it. While doing that, they scratched up the aluminum around my garage door. They then had to come back to replace the weather stripping and repair the aluminum they damaged. When they replaced the aluminum, they installed the WRONG COLOR, so I had to schedule ANOTHER appointment for them to come back and fix their mistake. Then the garage door started making noises, came off the track, and almost fell. Yet again, I had to arrange another service call to have them come out and fix it. As if all of that wasn't frustrating enough, they also completely NO-SHOWED for one of my scheduled appointments. I rearranged my schedule and made myself repeatedly available for appointments--all of which were only necessary because of their own mistakes. After all of these issues, I asked for a reasonable adjustment to my bill. Considering the damage they caused, incorrect repairs, repeated service calls, no-show, and the amount of my time that was wasted, I don't think that was an unreasonable request. Instead, I was extremely disappointed with their response and lack of accountability. One mistake is understandable. This wasn't one mistake. It was problem after problem after problem. When you hire and pay a professional company, you shouldn't have to repeatedly take time off work so they can come back and correct damage or mistakes from previous visits. I gave them multiple opportunities to make things right and I was extremely kind and patient throughout it all. Unfortunately, based on the workmanship, inconvenience, and way my concerns were handled afterward, I cannot recommend this company.

The garage dorr came down on the rear door, one of the door hinges hooked on the van door, reversed and came off its track and shifted out of position. I was able to get the roller back on the door, but couldn't straighten out the door. Dave came out the same day I called, and he had to dthe cable on one side of the door. He gives free estimates. New springs and hinges on one door. New controllers and remotes. The guy was there all day but did a great job. Not the cheapest in town but quick, professional and quality equipment.

The good, you can get them to Come out quickly and they did…read morethe job. The bad, they try and upsell you the minute they walk in the door. I had one spring bad and they replaced both and took my good spring with them which makes me wonder if I didn't get someone's used spring. I thought they were expensive also but I needed it done so I was stuck. I knew it was a spring because we had them replaced before and you could see it but they wouldn't give you an estimate until they got there. I'm not a fan of being at someone's mercy.
