He was here in 15 mins and replaced both tension springs in less than 30 mins. let me tell you this guy knows what he's doing. Him and his helper were both very knowledgeable and very respectful. I called two other "garage door guys" and a local popular JanXXdoor company that sells parts as well and after hearing the price over the phone it simply wasn't a good enough deal two weeks before Christmas I just couldn't afford them. Brian will be and should be the ONLY Person to call for any install or garage door system repair I need. What a dude.

I had one spring bad and they replaced both and took my good spring with them which makes me wonder if I didn't get someone's used spring. I thought they were expensive also but I needed it done so I was stuck. I knew it was a spring because we had them replaced before and you could see it but they wouldn't give you an estimate until they got there. I'm not a fan of being at someone's mercy.

He could have sold me a bill of goods, with me being none the wiser, and that's where my judgement of his integrity was cemented!
