Cute little coffee shop with a roastery. I was really excited to try it. However, I was sadly underwhelmed by my Pie Yammie Spice drink. There didn't seem to be much flavor which surprised me with all those spices and no toasted marshmallow came with it. My Mom was also underwhelmed by her drink. Delicious coffee out of a cute little trailer. The space inside is decorated with coloring sheets which is a sweet way to decorate. I have been here twice and the coffee has always been very good. I also had an olive oil loaf and those always hit just right. Additionally, they have cremees if you crave a cold sweet treat. There's tables and benches outside the building, with a good number inside too. The baristas are great and will get your beverage out relatively quickly. It has been busy both times I've gone (a Friday morning and a Sunday morning) but never been too bad. The sweet potato latte and the horchattie are superb options. This place was such a vibe. I felt I was in San Francisco, but without all the hustle and bustle. The staff greeted us multiple times and were extremely friendly. The coffee was really unique with different options for creating your own concoction. Definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area and need a break from the maple creamies. read more

TLDR: for a coffee enthusiast like me, this place is a heaven in the area. I love coffee, especially single origin. It's rare that a cafe offers good, single origin coffees but Abracadabra has them all including my favorite variety, Gesha. Opening only three days, I am so grateful to try their coffee. Please take note that they are now located in 35 Wayside Rd, Woodstock. It is a big place with their trailer, their merch, and benches to sit inside. The maple latte was on the sweet side, and still I love maple syrup, so it's a plus. What a fun off-the-grid find! Just a few minutes out of downtown Woodstock, VT, Abracadabra has a pop-up coffee shop vibe within a cute roastery/workspace. While it can be busy with the leaf peepers, the coffee is just so good, and I have decided that braving the fall horrors of Woodstock is worth it for this brew. I only stumbled onto this place because of yelp and thank goodness we did. Otherwise, the place is very unassuming, and would have easily mistaken it for a coffee bean distribution of some sort as opposed to a coffee shop. Even their website threw me off, thinking it was more of a hipster clothing shop. It's a small little shop with a little trailer through which they take our orders and make our coffee through. Most of the customers had taken their coffee to their outdoor seating. We really enjoyed our Hottie ?latte on our ride home. I wish I had taken a picture of their menu for you! But I will be sure to make a stop here the next time we're in the area! They also have a great selection of coffee beans from around the world. We bought a bag from Peru, only to find out it was $40! From the atmosphere to the homemade cider donuts (that I didn't get a picture of because we absolutely demolished them) to the coffee itself, this place is the definition of 5 stars. For the coffee, I would give this place five stars. I used to love going here in their old location in the village of Woodstock. The three stars is an average as I give it 1 star for the location and ambience. The new location is out in the middle of nowhere, and feels like if an old barn (not in a charming way) and a box store had a baby. It feels a little like it used to be a rural auto body shop or something. I'm sure they moved out here because being in Woodstock is expensive but it's honestly not worth the drive out there. read more

I'm no connoisseur but I work in a coffee shop and have been to dozens of coffee shops in my 25 years of life and Abracadabra easily takes the win. Smoothest espresso I've ever tasted, an incredible variety of beans from natural to black honey processed from several different origins, very nice and skilled baristas who make beautiful latte art, and the most charming interior I've ever seen. read more

A few gift items for purchase (t-shirts, glasses, oil and mugs). There is seating inside for roughly 15 people on stools and picnic tables and lots of space outside on the grass near the river.
