He put in a circuit breaker and a clothes dryer plug instead of an EV. He also did not informs us that we need to apply for a permit. Alex was so helpful. He explained the problem to us, fixed the circuit breaker and replaced the previous plug with the EV rated plug. They also helped us get the permit from the city for a fee.
