Owner, again, took time from his work, to promptly reply stating that he is only licenced in MD. a)PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, TAKES TIME TO REPLY EVEN THOUGH HE WILL NOT EARN MONEY. THIS IS WHAT SEPARATES VAN LANDSCAPES FROM THE BELOW. b) several other contractors in VA and MD, failed to reply. Cognizant of fact that it is not only busy season, but busy decade for landscapers. However, i learned long time a go not to BEG ANYONE TO GIVE THEM MY MONEY. Furthermore, the economy is full of business cycles. And do happen. Matter of time. Then these non responders will be sending fliers out "we are doing some work in your neighoborhood and can give you a great deal". In the meantime, many intersections in NOVA are full of day laborers wanting a chance to earn a buck to send back home.
