Many of the projects were completed to our delight, some to our satisfaction, and most recently we noticed a slip in quality. Overall we recommend LJ. And would suggest Ro anyone engaging them to walk everything down - grading, elevation, proper footing, dimensions, methods TWICE. Go over everything twice. Make sure you are on the same page and that the final intended put-through end result is CLEAR. Matter of fact, the crew went above and beyond on the cleanup. From dealing with Karen to the men who came on the property to perform the work. Great service all around. Was it the lowest price? No, but I never tend to buy low bid for something that involves danger to my property, the people working, or my neighbor's property.
