Office staff is very unprofessional. They are your frontline and represent your whole office. The way they treated my parents as if they were dirt was awful! Girl on the phone said her name is Ophelia. She downright said, "no doctor will see you if you've been operated elsewhere" ummm what? We were given a referral to this office. Glad you showed your true colors right off the bat. But If that's how your patients are treated from the get go... who knows how the rest of the time might have been. Avoid this place you will be mistreated by the office staff. read more

So I had to see the spine surgeon at Abrazo yesterday. His name is Dr. Vernon, his PA's name is Catherine. Her assistant was amazing. She was amazing and everybody in that office is wonderfully helpful and courteous. I can't say enough about them and I know that's not a lot but I'm exhausted and tired. I have a fractured spine from a doctor taking me off Prolia, and never putting me on anything else, they use the term that there's too many to count. What does that tell you. Obviously they say it because I don't want you dwelling on it but they all did a wonderful job. read more

Dr Christina Khoury doesn't beat around the bush, and I really appreciated her straight forward personality. She asked questions and gave me her complete attention and expert opinion. I ended up having surgery and everything from my surgery to my hospital stay at the Abrazo West Campus was wonderful. very unprofessional!!!! i have a separated knee and finally got insuarance and called this place that was recommended a month ago! i needed this app. and being a teacher i am limited on breaks to make apps. they call me the day before my app. to tell me the dr will not be in..... and oh.... they dont take my insurance......i was livid since it is hard to get a knee dr and i know i will need surgery! awful thing to do to a customer!!!!!! and again i called a month ago! they even said they took my insurance!!!! I've been a patient of Dr. Mangan's for more than 5 years. He's been an excellent physician! Wonderful level of care. He used to be a part of a different group, and when he left, I followed him to Abrazo. I've had injections in both knees, and he did surgical scoping of the left knee, which bought me three years before having to have the knee replaced. I am also now a patient of Dr. Khoury's. She did a complete left knee replacement. I am only 4 months out from my surgery and it's amazing. I can't say enough great things about both of these doctors. The office staff/reception area can be a bit crazy and I've gotten a mix of information from them, but nothing that hasn't been able to be fixed. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Angela Strudivant, who is an amazing provider. However, I will NEVER return due to their lazy unprofessional front office team who literally lied. I called to make an appointment, and I provided them my updated insurance information. When I got to my appointment, they told me that I did not have insurance and that I would have to pay $91. I explained to them that I most certainly do have insurance. They told me that they "called" and left a message stating my insurance complications. I looked at my phone in front of them, and to no surprise, no missed call or voicemail. I stepped out of the office and called to verify my own insurance which I know for a fact that I have because it comes out of my check every 2 weeks. I walked in with my insurance company on the phone, after discovering that they never made an attempt to verify my insurance through phone. They lied! To make matters worse, my appointment was at 4:20 and the ONLY person who knows how to verify insurance in the entire building leaves at 4:30. So unprofessional. I work in the medical field, and I'm pretty certain they were trying to get out the door. Not patient centric at all. I took the afternoon off to be seen, and I am very disappointed in the service or lack of that I received. read more

This is for Dr. Mangan. Horrible customer service. They sent a recording over the weekend to be 15 minutes early and when I arrived they told me it was policy for new patients to be there 30 minutes prior, then told me they would have to reschedule. I am supposed to get a consultation about surgery. Not something I should be rescheduling and they need to change the recording to inform patients better. Then she said they have many other times later today but not now? Really so his time is far more important then my time, so I should just drop my life because he is a doctor? Not to mention I am paying him and not the other way around. Time for a new doctor! Forgot to mention they are 40+ miles round trip to go to that office. In his picture he looks like a new, young Doctor his name isn't even on the door yet but somehow he has enough patients and doesn't need anymore new ones. I could have paid my copay and filled out the rest of the paperwork after my appointment. I am sure they were grossly over booked like every doctors office nowadays. I recommend not going here! I also checked in two different times over the weekend once by phone and another by text so they were well aware I was coming in. It also said to check in by text and you will cut your wait time? Really? Maybe you should change the lying text messages you send out. MA's making decisions for Doctors at this office. read more
