Perhaps their practice can be put on probation. Can you imagine highly educated adults comfortable in this culture? All I can think is that they must consider us cattle.

She was amazing and everybody in that office is wonderfully helpful and courteous. I can't say enough about them and I know that's not a lot but I'm exhausted and tired. I have a fractured spine from a doctor taking me off Prolia, and never putting me on anything else, they use the term that there's too many to count. What does that tell you. Obviously they say it because I don't want you dwelling on it but they all did a wonderful job.

I've suffered for years with spinal pain and just found out my hip is in bad shape too, and added to the spinal pain, has been more than I can handle. Yes..I am overweight! Not something that I am clueless to, but because of that, she had already decided I was not worthy of a decent conversation to help me at all! She sat across the room from me with her laptop. I clearly made her uncomfortable. Eye contact was minimal. Her suggestion to me was to go see pain management doctor! She struck down any hope I had and made me feel disgusting! I had to wait for a note from her to give to my primary doctor. In the notes, it described a detailed examination talking about ROM etc. She NEVER ONCE laid a hand on me or examined me to even really understand my situation. I've worked in medical all my life, and never once made anyone feel unworthy for being fat. Hey..even the Doctor himself had to cruise through the lobby when I was waiting for her note. I suppose so he could get a LOOK at me too. Conclusion is don't go here if you're fat, they don't like helping fat people.

During one visit, a different female doctor came in unexpectedly and applied far too much pressure, which made me very uncomfortable. I originally thought I would be seeing the same doctor from my consultation, but that wasn't the case. A few weeks later, I returned for a massage, and the therapist seemed noticeably unenthusiastic throughout the session. When it ended, she simply told me to head to the front where "the girls will take care of you," which felt dismissive. Overall, the quality of care and professionalism just wasn't there. The front desk staff often chat among themselves and don't present a professional environment. Because of these repeated issues, I've decided not to return.

That was a lie. I arrived at 1pm and at 1:30 I was escorted to room #4. I waited until 2pm then I just walked out. I was so pissed off. I will not be returning to this clinic. I take this as a sign from above that I don't need this doctor. I will continue with my chiropractor and my physical therapist.

I visited a urgent care the afternoon after a bike accident and then my primary care physician the next day. I researched Orthopaedic surgeons near me and had a referral sent over to his office. But he wouldn't see me. Wouldn't even take the radiologist review or a picture of the X-ray. It had to be the disc. So, now I am looking for another orthopedic surgeon.
