Even after experiencing two identical reactions within four weeks--each occurring immediately after using the topical--everyone I spoke with continued to dismiss the obvious connection and suggested the cause was something else I was doing. It is extremely clear that the reaction was caused by the product they prescribed, yet throughout every conversation, the staff didn't to acknowledge this possibility. Anywho, I listened to their pitch about all the other products they sell and procedures they do and then it's time to meet the doctor. The doctor told me that my face could be offensive to people because I have a natural frown. She even went so far as to tell me that I could probably have better relationships with people if I let her fix my frown. Needless to say, I will not be going back nor will I be recommending this office to anyone. That office really needs to work on their delivery.

I am so thrilled with the results. I did not use any numbing pre-treatment and the recovery process was only a few days. I had to travel to three different conferences the following week after treatment and I was able to present without any issues. Dr. Shanthala is an incredible doctor, and I would get laser treatment with the Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring again. All the treatments Dr. Shanthala offers are amazing.
