Went in for Botox on my forehead , first appointment with them mind you, waited for 30 minutes after I was scheduled to be seen. That was actually fine by me I had no where to be anyways. The real issue is I noticed after (3 week waiting period for the toxin to fully set in) my eyebrows felt heavy and I still had movement when I raised them I was then injected again (charged also) and yes my eyebrows felt less heavy but I still have/had lots of movement in my forehead it's like I never got anything done. Seems fishy I've never run into this problem before with other injectors. I will not be returning this experience was an actual waste of money. read more

Recently, I started hair removal treatments at Skin MD in Peabody. I was very fortunate to be scheduled with Johanna! She put me completely at ease and made me feel comfortable from the start. As like most women, I struggle with body image and, while everyone there looks fantastic, Johanna reminded me that we all struggle with the same issues, her included, and there is no judgment. Regarding the treatment, I actually nodded of during it. It stung a bit at the beginning, but Johanna was fast and mostly painless. As far as effectiveness, I had one treatment 6 weeks ago and I already see improvement. While the hair is still growing, it is thinner and growing much slower than before that treatment. Johanna said that the real improvement will be seen at about treatment 3, but I'm already happy with the progress. I highly recommend Johanna! read more

I had a nasolabial filler procedure here. Don't waste your money. It looked great immediately after. That was from the swelling! Three days later it looked the same as my "before" picture. The facility is NOT willing to do anything to improve the work upon reporting the incident. I sat on a sort of recliner, which had not been changed from the last client. Guess what, it's a total hard sale place where the consultants know NOTHING about the service. the way they talk really makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and upset why did I drive long way for this crap. The consultant sounded really CHEAP! No kidding! Her name is Gemini I think? I am not sure. I don't even want to know her name after all. And the price they presented was higher than others. Update: the owner responded which is a sign of responsible management team in place. Which is great. But i am sure the place I went was your facility and if there was a lady consultant names Gemini then that is the one who should be fired. I am not joking. I am a black male with a darker complexion who recently got the picco treatment, I got the three treatment package.. I got two treatments which went fine with Nicole... but on my third treatment they made my appointment with someone else other than Nicole... and this tech they made my appointment with stated she has been doing this type of work for ten years, so I would think she knows what she is doing.... But I was wrong, before my treatment I told her what setting I would want cause I know how sensitive my skin is, and told her to look at what Nicole had in her notes and go with the first setting cause my face responded good to that.... But she ignore what I said and the result is my face was Ruined... I left with my face extremely Swollen which never happen to previous treatments... then the next day I had white patches on my face and now have to wear a Mask more frequently cause of this lack of professionalism of the tech who did my treatment... so I say this to say this if you are of minority With dark skin be careful when going to this place.... Cause not all techs there no what they are doing... I would only go to Nicole who works there... since she is who I dealt with before they gave me this tech who was horrible .... And I believe her name is Kristen or Chrissie... I am so angry, given my skepticism with stuff like this for black skin..... again if you go ask for Nicole she knows what she is doing...
