I pointed out an area that I wanted it installed with the understanding they would adjust as needed once they could lay it out in the attic. On the first day I noticed a wire running across the opening for the lift which would prevent using the lift. They were able to correct that but then mounted the hardware incorrectly which prevented the lift from retracting into the opening. They blamed the motors but there was no problem with them at all. I had to remove and reinstall the mounting hardware in order to allow the lift to go all the way into the attic. I asked for some of the $3500 I paid back but was told no. I will not use their services again.

Then they gave me a quote. I scheduled a date and time for the move. The guys showed up with a big truck on the day of the move. They were friendly and assured me that the items will be loaded and moved safely. They handled the statues with care and carried them to the backyard and placed them where I wanted. The whole process was smooth and the movers were genuinely willing to help. Their moving costs were pretty reasonable. I am glad that I found reliable help with my moving needs. During the move, my walls were dented and damaged, my door was damaged, my couches and chairs were damaged, my $1,500 Frame TV was damaged, and several other furniture items were damaged as well. What made the situation even more frustrating was the company's response afterward. I documented the damages and provided photos, but the manager only offered a $750 credit for the TV while refusing to take responsibility for many of the other damages. I am still left paying approximately $1,400 for the move, plus the cost of repairing my walls and replacing or repairing damaged furniture. The company also claimed that my furniture was wrapped during the move, which is simply not true. None of my furniture was wrapped by their crew. Only my TVs were covered with blankets when they were picked up. Instead of working toward a fair resolution, I was told through text message that the $750 was the most they would do. Moving into a new home should be exciting, not stressful and expensive because of preventable damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
