Immediately after the work was done on my truck my engine started making terrible sounds. I brought the truck back in and they tried to tell me that the sounds weren't related to the work they did but instead it was a worn transmission mount. I was skeptical of this but trusted them and was charged over $500 for something that was not even related to the noise. So once again I brought the truck back but this time instead of looking at it further I was threatened and told to leave the property or they would call the police. All they had to do was stand behind their work. This is the most unprofessional and demeaning place I have ever been. I so regret ever letting them even touch my vehicle.

I told them how much higher they were than their compeitor and haggled a bit on the price. He said he'd talk to his boss and call me back. No call back, so I called and said I'll pay their price. I decided it was worth the extra money to get it done same day. I show up 5 min early and I'm the only person in the lobby. No one says a word to me or even looks at me. After a couple min, I say something to the guy in the lobby so he knows I'm the guy there for the appt (he already knew). I sit there for another 15 min while he makes phone calls and carries on with business like there isn't someone there for an appt. Needless to say, after 20 min of sitting there, I left as it was obvious they were doing me this way on purpose. If you didn't want my business say so. Having me waste an hour of my afternoon was pretty uncool. Felt like I was in JR High all over again. If you want to save yourself an experience like this and a lot of money, take your business to Grain Valley Muffler. Side note: I tried to talk myself out of leaving this review. Couldn't do it. You don't treat customers this way. I'll match your pettiness.
