The quality of service was great as well, Charles did a great job working with me and I helped identify the problem and he gave me options and ultimately cared about my wallet which was ideal. The value was also good. The patch was a 1/10th of a cost of new tire and with only 10,000 miles on my tires I really didn't want to have to have a new tire if I didn't need it. Overall I would recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood.

I let him know I was there for an oil change appointment which he pulled up my information and asked what he needed of me. He let me know they were pretty busy at the moment though, and would be running behind; so he let me know and asked if that would be okay. I was completely expecting a wait and I appreciated him communicating even if it was going to take a bit longer due to them being busy, so of course I reassured and told him that was absolutely fine, I would just wait in the waiting room. When they took the brake assembly off, they stripped the caliper bracket. They tried to say it was because of rust but there was zero rust when he showed me later and when they tried to order the new part, they claimed no repair shop in town had it, so they needed it to be overnighted. I had to Uber back home and then back to the store the next day. When I picked up the vehicle the district manager took zero responsibility and said that there was nothing he could do. Had I read the recent reviews of this store I would have noticed several that illustrate how they have incompetent technicians and obviously the management takes advantage of their customers. Since I noticed that this obviously a regular occurrence, I have also filed a formal complaint with the Kansas Attorney General, Kansas Department of Transportation, Better Business Bureau, and will obviously leave a negative review on every website I can so that hopefully the future consumer will read this and think twice before doing business with Meineke!
