The quality of service was great as well, Charles did a great job working with me and I helped identify the problem and he gave me options and ultimately cared about my wallet which was ideal. The value was also good. The patch was a 1/10th of a cost of new tire and with only 10,000 miles on my tires I really didn't want to have to have a new tire if I didn't need it. They tried to say it was because of rust but there was zero rust when he showed me later and when they tried to order the new part, they claimed no repair shop in town had it, so they needed it to be overnighted. I had to Uber back home and then back to the store the next day. When I picked up the vehicle the district manager took zero responsibility and said that there was nothing he could do. Had I read the recent reviews of this store I would have noticed several that illustrate how they have incompetent technicians and obviously the management takes advantage of their customers. Since I noticed that this obviously a regular occurrence, I have also filed a formal complaint with the Kansas Attorney General, Kansas Department of Transportation, Better Business Bureau, and will obviously leave a negative review on every website I can so that hopefully the future consumer will read this and think twice before doing business with Meineke!

Each time he takes his truck to get repaired it takes almost a week and one other time it took about a month to get it back, then when he gets his vehicle back there is ANOTHER issue with it. At this point it feels intentional. His truck has been in the shop more then he has driven it which is a big inconvenience to me and my family. 19 grand has been spent on this truck to get fixed thanks to the warranty company "That is very flawed as well" but its still not working right. When he gets the car back there are new issues with it. As i mention before they kept the truck for a month because the crappy warranty company was taking their sweet time to send an audit out and to order the engine- We were understanding and patient at this point seeing as this was the first issues we've had with the truck. So after a month of the shop having the truck my husband gets a call to pick it up. He gets the truck then he noticed that it cant go pass a certain speed so we have to take the truck back up there to get evaluated. Come to find out it needs a new transmission. So the truck has to go through the same slow process with the warranty company, again we were patient. So the transmission gets fixed after it being gone for a week maybe two. He gets the truck back then it starts to run hot- They forgot to add fluids to it. That got fixed then his starter was going out. Then that got fixed (Thanks to Jared for pressing the warranty company to buy the part) He gets the truck back then one day he goes on lunch he was sitting in the truck and it was on idle so his AC can blow. When he got out he noticed fluids was all over the parking lot. He had to get it towed back to Meineke. This time he had to get a new coolant line put in (I think that's the correct term for it) He got the truck back on Monday the 13th now on July the 15th he says that his car feels like its slipping when in a certain gear. His truck is nice ! Its a 2018. Each time his car sits in the shop he has to get car rentals which isent cheap, or he has to use my car in turn my family has to take me or him to work depending on our schedules so this whole experience has been such an inconvenience and Its starting to make me wonder, Do they actually know what they are doing up there ??
