If you're looking to beat Amazon pricing or eBay, just forget it and order from those serves. So to be clear, if you know what you're looking for - and it's an older cable or a spare part, they've probably got it. If you're willing to dig through boxes of cables, they probably have it. If you need a cheap laptop or desktop, they probably have it. If you need a brand new in-the-box nVidia 3090 GTI with water-cooling for 40% under MSRP - (are you frigging kidding me?) - No, probably not. But if you just need a SATA DVD burner or a DDR3 8GB RAM stick, yeah, they have those too - and you can pay & walk out with it. Just don't expect eBay pricing. It's "here and now" pricing, which is fine by me. I don't mind if they need to earn a living, and am happy to pay what they want for what they have. The owners salesman sold me the wrong parts and he would not refund or take the parts back. We discussed this matter for over a month and the owner said that it was my word vs his salesman that he has used for a long time. I was never given a receipt and paid $100 dollars for a cpu and ram. I informed the owner that if he didn't make this right I would review him online and he said he would have his lawyers on me. That's not how this works. Greetings, I'm a long time computer Nerd who started in the 80's... I've seen the rise of computer desktops, and the quick decline. As all of the good stores have slowly disappeared I was happy to find this place. I am a computer fixer, and use many old and vintage computers. (some are even still running Dos 3.0, and windows 98.) It's almost impossible to find some of the older parts out there, but when I need something this is one of my go to places. Sometimes, you might not find folks in the best mood, these days, but you can almost always find what you need. I have been very happy with what I've Gotten. They're Knowledgeable and usually can put their hands on stuff right away. Personally, I don't care about their attitude, I care about the quality of their work, and equipment, and in that They have never failed to Deliver. I am glad this place exists. If you are not a computer nerd, walking in here might be a little overwhelming... but as a computer nerd myself, I have to share with you that this is the kind of place you want to take your computer for repairs and service. This is NOT the kind of store where you will be ripped off like some of the "computer service desks" at big box retailers. The folks who work here know their stuff and will repair your computer quickly and efficiently. I have had a few items repaired here when I was too busy to deal with them myself OR I simply couldn't get the part needed since I couldn't order parts directly from manufacturers. Each time, I felt the cost was reasonable and the work was done well. That being said, some repairs have taken a little longer than I expected, but the parts needed to come in. Other things have been repaired right there while I waited. If you're into vintage technology, they have some great older items and all are very fairly priced. If you're a computer nerd, you owe yourself a visit here. If you're a normal person and just need advice on what to buy or need a repair, I would recommend this as a good place to go. Don't expect the fancy corporate environment of a big box store. They also probably won't charge you nearly as much. read more

I just bought my first 3d printer and discovered my PC's graphics card could not handle the video requirements for Fusion 360. The salesman here helped me pick a GPU in my price range. They had a lot to choose from. It came with drivers on a cd and fired right up. Of course had to download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website, that was to be expected as they are upgrading them all the time. The charger of my laptop broke and I visited most shops in town, but all of them failed to provide a replacement, as it was an obscure European model. These guys took the effort to really look into the problem and order several replacements until they found one that worked. In addition, they provided a cheap laptop that I could use in the meantime, and actually that's the laptop I'm still using. They really care for the customer and offer quality products for a very reasonable price.
