The store's bland aesthetic could greatly benefit from the touch of innovative and creative leadership--individuals who can transform the shopping experience from mundane to memorable. As a customer, my visits tend to revolve around a specific item, leading to a quick in-and-out experience that lacks engagement. While the store maintains a clean and organized environment, which is commendable, the atmosphere could be invigorated with inviting displays and interactive elements that encourage exploration. The staff members are indeed helpful, yet the limited number of employees on the sales floor can make it challenging to receive immediate assistance when needed. By infusing a bit of creativity and enhancing customer interaction, Office Depot could elevate its shopping experience, making it not just a transaction but an enjoyable journey. Definitely a wider selection of items compared to traditional shopping stores. Prices range from affordable to above average.

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had an Office Depot and I can see why the parking lot is completely empty. They took the money told me they had the product within 20 minutes when I got down here not only did they not have the product, but the manager had the audacity to yell at me. I have PTSD I wear a bracelet to let people know I have epilepsy and PTSD, because of a.traumatic brain injury which I told them and I'm leaving here so shaken I'm in tears the manager today August 18, 2023 was a slightly obese, blonde haired 5 foot five lady salute Lee appalling, absolutely appalling when I was nearly begging her to make the purchase and the experience right and when they took my money out of my account and said they wouldn't return it for three days they made it impossible seeing as how I am that budgeted but that $10 literally means I don't want to buy new batteries until they decide to refund me and I only have the word they're doing it. I'm in tears. And please bear yourself the pain and the embarrassment OK I'm coming to a place that tells you it has the product and then when you get there you get actually attacked instead. She kept trying to tell me I wasn't letting her spoon and the sad thing was I wasn't letting her repeat herself for the fourth time and that's what she was upset about sad that it had to do some petting her because I will never come back to another officer bad, because of this one on university Boulevard in Albuquerque The third and kills me. The thing that kills me is that I know store managers have the ability to fix problems that their computer system causes. For instance, telling someone you have something in stock now she had a product that was $10 more. She could've made that right but instead decided to attack me literally physically because Paul called the employee surrounding me , even after telling her I was shaking so hard on me to raise her voice at me at least four times I left there, bawling, crying. I'll be honest it's a very good example of why Albuquerque has become a horrible place to go anywhere because it's supposed to be like that where you go and you're a good customer, why the f leave your house? Unless of course it's to move to move out of this Place.

Still, I didn't have a problem with that. What I had an issue with was when the 5-year lease agreement was up, they failed to make contact with us and let us know. Due to our failure to communicate with Document Technologies they automatically extended our contract for another year without our consent. Legally, they can do this as it is written in the lease agreement. However, This just seemed like a poor way to treat a customer after 5yrs of service and left us feeling displeased. We will not use them again in the future.

They cover everything an office will encounter: software issues, networking stuff, printers & copiers. They're great because they not only do on-site work, but they'll gladly do over the phone diagnostics as well. This is especially helpful when you're busy, kind of know that the deal is, but need someone a little more knowledgeable. Lastly, they're all really down to Earth and easy to deal with. I've had my share of techies that were a little aloof and hard to work with. Not these guys. Every one of their staff has been polite and professional, not to mention efficient and capable.
