Dan was great! Ordered a 4x8 saferack from Costco and heard too many horror stories of trying to install it yourself taking over 5 hours and ending up more lost than before. So I went with a referral from family and it lived up to the expectations. Took about 45 minutes and voila. Dan was great at giving advice on where to install it to allow for future racks and they also do cabinets. He gave advice on how low to have it hang from the ceiling depending on what you plan on stacking as well as I made sure to go over my trunk clearance height with him too. No way around that one unfortunately unless going with maybe a 2x8 but I'm still very satisfied with my decision to get an overhead storage rack and have it installed by Dan. I plan on using Dan again if I have any other things to install and have no problem recommending him to others. read more
