I've used Dan twice now and both times he's been responsive and on time. Pricing was great and he was even able to move an old rack install to my new house for a small fee. Highly recommend and would use for any garage storage needs.

So glad we went with Dan from Absolute Contracting to install storage racks in our garage. I texted him and he was able to come out the very next day to do the install. It took him no more than 20 minutes to install two 4x8 foot racks (by himself)!! What is this sorcery?? If we tried to do it ourselves it would've taken hours. Each rack can hold up to 600 lbs. He quoted us $289 per rack or $559 for two. Alternatively, if you already purchased racks separately, install only is $99/rack. Great price, great customer service, great product. What more can you ask for??

Dan from Absolute Contracting installed 2 storage racks on the ceiling of our garage. He was extremely quick, clean, and professional. Dan helped with his thoughts on the best placement of the racks and his suggestion was the layout we used and it works great. He arrived on time and even contacted us twice to install on an earlier date due to cancellations. I would definitely use Dan again for any other storage rack and shelf needs we have.

I was looking for storage solutions for my garage and ran across this company, which had outstanding reviews. I can see why. Was very attentive and eager to help. We scheduled a consultation, and the Owner spent a lot of time with us, constructing a plan that would work best for us. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. He made us feel comfortable with the plan. We later had them installed and they work great! Really helped us with our goal. They were prompt, racks were installed fast and he stayed to make sure we were happy with the result. We hired Absolute Contracting to install Safe Racks in our garage and they were very quick and responsive to our needs! Clean work too! The safe racks are very reliable and the customized sizing is very convenient for any space. We absolutely love all 4 racks and we were able to cancel our storage unit as a result of the amount of space we could utilize with these! Not only did he provide double mounting to the ceiling in the garage, but the the overall look is very clean and secure! Once he completed the project, he was quick to clean up any mess which was very thoughtful. They accept many forms of payment as well and provide an invoice for your records. The racks also came with extra hooks so we can hang items from the racks or mount them on our walls. I also mentioned that I was looking for a space saver for our bikes and he suggested his wall mounts. The price was once again very fair and the look is very clean and super stable. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future! You should too! I've added pictures as well to show how nice everything looks. After struggling to locate studs in the garage ceiling for two 4x8 overhead racks, I was referred to Dan by neighbors who have also used his services. I contacted him via text message a little after 5pm, he replied before 7pm, and both racks were installed by 10am the next morning. Installation only took about an hour. He is an expert at his craft, which was extremely valuable in recommending location and layout of the racks. Absolutely recommended. read more

Needed to install two overhead garage racks. The first company I tried, they could not figure out how to make it work, even after 2 attempts. One call to Absolute and I had an appointment for the following week. Dan showed up on time, quickly figured out how to make it work, and had both racks installed in less than an hour (for less $ than the first company was going to charge). Safe racks tech Daniel Ammann came to my house and installed four garage racks. I requested the racks to have enough room to hold plastic storage bins. He measured the bins and assured me the bins would fit on the racks. Upon his completion if the job, two of the racks would not accommodate the tubs. I offered to pay him for the additional time it would take him to do the job correctly so the tubs would fit. He refused. Daniel them told me he would leave me additional pieces so I could reinstall the racks myself. He left my home without fixing his mistakes and left me with two racks I can't use. I then called Safe Racks office and spoke with manager Luis. I explained the situation to Luis. Luis told me I would have to pay additional costs to remedy the situation. I explained to Luis that although I did not feel Daniel did the job correctly I offered to pay him for the time it took him to fix the problem and he had refused. Luis was not eager to fix the problem and adopted the position that Daniel must have installed the rack to my specification when in fact he had not. Overall, this company provided horrible customer service, did not provide me with the product they promised and did not take responsibility for their mistake. read more

Dan was amazing. He texted the day before to confirm our appointment and again the day of to let me know when he was about an hour out. Upon arrival we discussed layout and he added his opinion based on experience which was helpful. He got right to work and was done before I knew it. He put up 2 four by eight racks in about 30 mins. They claimed to be professionals, but later I found out they were not licensed and had no real experience with shower installations. They worked until nearly midnight without my permission, upsetting my neighbors and getting me an HOA fine. The first time I used the shower, it leaked everywhere--water spread across the bathroom floor and even damaged the kitchen ceiling below. When a licensed contractor opened the walls, he found drywall instead of cement board, no moisture barrier, no insulation, and no sealant around pipes--all proof of unsafe, improper work. The materials they used cost maybe $50 total, not the $250 they charged. When I confronted him, he denied everything and refused to refund any money, showing complete dishonesty and lack of accountability. I ended up paying about $2,800 more to a licensed professional to fix the damage. Please avoid this business unless you want to risk leaks, hidden damage, and being misled by someone who will not stand behind their work.
