Dan from Absolute Contracting installed 2 storage racks on the ceiling of our garage. He was extremely quick, clean, and professional. Dan helped with his thoughts on the best placement of the racks and his suggestion was the layout we used and it works great. He arrived on time and even contacted us twice to install on an earlier date due to cancellations. I would definitely use Dan again for any other storage rack and shelf needs we have.

So glad we went with Dan from Absolute Contracting to install storage racks in our garage. I texted him and he was able to come out the very next day to do the install. It took him no more than 20 minutes to install two 4x8 foot racks (by himself)!! What is this sorcery?? If we tried to do it ourselves it would've taken hours. Each rack can hold up to 600 lbs. He quoted us $289 per rack or $559 for two. Alternatively, if you already purchased racks separately, install only is $99/rack. Great price, great customer service, great product. What more can you ask for??

Perfectly placed to maximize space in our tandem garage

I can't recommend them enough! I'm a repeat customer because the work is excellent. I've had Dan install overhead racks twice now and it's always super smooth and quick and his materials are excellent. I got fleximounts as a gift and asked him to install, but when I took them out of their box they felt really flimsy by comparison. Dan was super flexible and already had the Saferack brand (way sturdier) handy and installed those in 30-40 mins instead, no problem. He's also excellent at consultations. He helped me gauge what the best size would be for my particular garage and was super patient as I picked his brain. He's so confident I think he could do it in his sleep. The whole appointment took less than an hour. 10/10 recommend!

Absolute Contracting was referred to me by SafeRacks for installation and purchase of an overhead storage solution. The appointment process was easy and they were even able to fit me in earlier than promised due to a cancellation. Brandon was my installer. He contacted me by text about 30 minutes before he arrived. He looked at my garage space and recommended the most appropriate storage solution for my needs and the configuration of my garage. All prices were straight forward and included the product and installation. An estimated time to complete the installation was provided before the work was started. While Bob had an initial vision for how best to restore the closet, we talked through some alternatives onsite that ultimately saved me significant material cost and a Home Depot trip. I had a couple smaller projects as well- Bob was honest and direct about what was in his wheelhouse and what would require more specialized support (e.g. electrical), also talking me through a simple repair I could make on my own to avoid the need to bring him out again once I source the appropriate fixture. In addition to his fair and transparent pricing, Bob guarantees his work. Further, he's extremely clean- I stepped into his work area to see how things were going and even though he'd been using power tools for the last 20 min, his work area was kept so clean that I could barely tell work was in progress. But what seals the deal for me is his outstanding communication. He replies quickly via text or email, ballparks time and material cost in advance, and gives a clear idea of which projects are a good fit for his business and which aren't- given Bob has a 3-hour minimum, the last part is super important for smaller projects to ensure you have enough work lined up to make full use of his time. In summary, a good handyman is hard to find, but Bob checks all the boxes- friendly, honest, tidy, on time, high-quality work, good value, great communication. Highly recommend!

Since the cleaning the panels have been much better performing especially after these past few weeks of misting and rain, about 25% higher output. I didn't think much of it but I get now it's worth doing to get the most out of the panels. Overall a very good response and experience with OC specifically for this issue. I feel that they do want to stand out from the crowd and responding proactively to feedback gives me more confidence they'll take care of issues as they hear about them.

Safe racks tech Daniel Ammann came to my house and installed four garage racks. I requested the racks to have enough room to hold plastic storage bins. He measured the bins and assured me the bins would fit on the racks. Upon his completion if the job, two of the racks would not accommodate the tubs. I offered to pay him for the additional time it would take him to do the job correctly so the tubs would fit. He refused. Daniel them told me he would leave me additional pieces so I could reinstall the racks myself. He left my home without fixing his mistakes and left me with two racks I can't use. I then called Safe Racks office and spoke with manager Luis. I explained the situation to Luis. Luis told me I would have to pay additional costs to remedy the situation. I explained to Luis that although I did not feel Daniel did the job correctly I offered to pay him for the time it took him to fix the problem and he had refused. Luis was not eager to fix the problem and adopted the position that Daniel must have installed the rack to my specification when in fact he had not. Overall, this company provided horrible customer service, did not provide me with the product they promised and did not take responsibility for their mistake. read more

Dan was amazing. He texted the day before to confirm our appointment and again the day of to let me know when he was about an hour out. Upon arrival we discussed layout and he added his opinion based on experience which was helpful. He got right to work and was done before I knew it. He put up 2 four by eight racks in about 30 mins.
