Throughout the whole process, I was impressed by Bryan's Professionalism, responsiveness, and technical knowledge of details as he had 10+ years of roofing experience and now handles sales for the family business, which gave me a lot of confidence during the project. With all the rain that we got we notice that a small water spot was developing on the ceiling. Being good homeowners we called out three companies to give an estimate on the work to find the leak and prevent others from showing up. Of the three we called...One never called back. The other one and All Service Roofing came out to do an estimate. The first company came out and gave an estimate that cost $$$. Bryan from All Service Roofing came out and did an estimate and found the same issues as the other company. When it came down to cost, All Service Roofing was a fraction of what the other company quoted. On the day of the repair, Carlos and his team showed up in the timeframe that was agreed upon and started working right away. They uncovered the roof tiles and started the repairs. After the teardown they quoted me extra for the 10 sheets that need replacing, but they checked and confirmed it it was already included in my estimate. Since the last rains I have been putting off calling a roofer for a quote for a roof repair because I was afraid I would hear "You need a new roof for $$$". Reluctantly, I called All Service Roofing and Bryan came out looked inside to see where I was hearing dripping in the attic. Then up on the roof and after looking around for some time he found a pipe that was compromised and was allowing water into the attic. Bryan seemed very friendly, but I made an appointment and told him that I had repairs on a metal roof. He was probably half asleep because he made the appointment anyways. So, I waited 3 days, he came late to our appointment by an hour. And then told me his company doesn't do metal roofs. But the extra mile would have been to recommend me some solutions, but he just left me hanging. I called another roofing company called 'Done Rite Roofing' in Stanton, and he said he doesn't do the job, but at least gave me some tips on how I could fix that myself. During the bidding process Bryan was friendly and very thorough in his assessment of the job. The bid was very reasonable. He used an accurate number for the square footage (I can't say that for all companies), included the right number of vents (others would have added this after), as well as an estimate of wood damage. There was more wood damage then expected (very common), and Frank would show me the damage verifying it had to be replaced. The job took only 3 days which was incredible - the team showed up each day as scheduled and left the work site very clean each day. Communication was excellent. Can't say enough about the company - there were many extras that they took care of, the roof looks terrific and no more leaks! We had a roof leak that went into the master bath during this last rain. We got a referral for Bryan @ All Service Roofing from our contractor, who just finished our full kitchen and (some) bathroom remodels. Our contractor is honest and knows our past experience with untrustworthy businesses so we went with his referral without calling anyone else. I texted Brian and he replied right away. A date was set for him to come and take a look. The appointment had to be changed due to a conflict on his end, but he did notify me ahead of time. Once he arrived, Ryan assessed the leak from the interior and gave us a quote to take the tiles off to fully see the extent of the damage. Bryan texted me a date he was avail within a week to 10 days, his people came as scheduled to do the job. They removed the tiles and checked under the roof where the leak was. We have solar panels so those had to be dealt with. They found the problem spot in the roof by the solar light tube, repaired it and replaced the broken tiles. The job was done in a few hours. We received photos of the job via text, along with our electronic receipt. Fingers crossed that this is the only spot we have a leak but the job was quick and painless. It ended up costing a little more than quoted/estimated, but this is because the solar panels had to be removed (according to my husband who handled this project). It was nice dealing with Bryan and his team. Our job ended up to be a very small job but if we need roofing work again, we will definitely call ASR. Then they started to apply the dreaded pressure tactics which don't work with me: we can give you a discount if you sign up by the end of the month, and an additional discount if you sign today. Even with these discounts, the estimate was extremely high. Talking with my neighbor, he recommended that I call Bryan from All Service Roofing, and I am so happy did. Bryan is very professional and came out and gave me a great price which included additional items that the other roofers did not: some lumber replacement was included as well as 7 O-Hagen vents. Other roofers only supplied 3, and another 4 would add over a thousand to the cost. And the roof was one of the highest rated roofs, Owens-Corning that comes with a 50-year warranty. Now I don't have to worry about the roof for the rest of my life, and my kids won't have to worry either. I pulled the trigger and am so glad I did. You will be too if you hire All Service Roofing. It took them one day to strip off the old roof and a couple more to finish the roof, as I had them replace all the Fascia boards.
