Subsequent years saw a few leaks every couple of months. I suppose I should have asked what type of poly tube they were using but figured for the price (over $3k), they'd be using something of quality. I was way wrong. I have had to engage Sprinkler Doctors for each leak (and it's not just one at a time, it's several at a time) after giving up doing it on my own. It just became a burden. Every instance of Sprinkler Doctors coming out to fix the leaks, the tech invariably asks, "who installed this?" and "this tubing is cheap." Most recently, I had a tech come out to address more leaks and he flat out told me that the tubing they used was garbage and the installers should have or would have known that. My entire system needs to be replaced because now, with each leak fixed, another leak pops up a little further down the line. So if you want to have fun repairing leaks a year after install, go with this company! If that doesn't sound like a grand time to you, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. TL/DR: irrigation tubing should last about 10-15 years after installation if it's buried. Mine hasn't even lasted eight. Leaks began occurring the year after installation.

Obviously, they both realize it takes more money to generate a new customer, than to maintain their most valuable asset, a current customer. More specifically, Lawrence was my contact when I needed their services for my home. It would be challenging to meet a more down-to-earth and knowledgeable individual. In this day and time. Can you imagine a service provider calling for permission to be a few minutes early? Further, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very conscientious. As a veteran and currently in Law Enforcement, I will go out of my way to speak of AZSD at each opportunity I am presented with. In closing, thank you for taking a very challenging and personal project and making easy and cost-effective. I can certainly understand why AZSC is recognized as the leader in its field. We hired Matt Gordon with YardEscape LLC in October 2023 to do landscaping at our new home. He…read morerequested $5,000 upfront for "supplies" and said the rest would be due in installments once work began. After reviewing the design, we decided we needed more time before moving forward. When we decided not to move forward with his design, Matt stated he used all our money for "supplies" and that he would have to "sell back" the supplies in order to be able to afford to pay us back. No supplies were ever delivered to our house, and despite repeated requests, he has never produced receipts proving he purchased anything. When asked, he stated he was "unorganized and would have to search for them." Matt admitted in writing that he owed us the $5,000 back and would repay us to make things right. Over the past two years, we've had to repeatedly follow up with him, and he has only repaid $3,000. We are still owed $2,000. Matt avoids communication for months at a time and only responds when we threaten to escalate or if I contact him from another number. The excuses never end -- phone shut off, injuries, losing his crew -- and during these times we have been incredibly kind and patient with him. The fact remains: two years later, he still hasn't made things right, and we now feel taken advantage of. I still don't truly know where our $5,000 went. This has been a frustrating and exhausting experience, and I share this review so others know what to expect. Be extremely cautious before doing business with YardEscape LLC or Matt Gordon, and please make sure to get everything in writing.

The kitchen required removing a wall to open up the closed dark kitchen and adding an oversized bar. Eric was extremely timely and professional in getting us a comprehensive quote. He was also extremely affordable as well. He started work right away and did a phenomenal job. We gave him pictures of what we wanted for the kitchen and fireplace, and he replicated the style to a T - which most contractors can't do without a designer helping them. He also was able to design and order custom cabinets for our pantry. Eric was extremely detail oriented throughout the process, checking in with us as needed for style and safety decisions, and always updated us on cost or possible delays. He also was insanely knowledgable about every area of construction such as dry wall, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, flooring, tiling, etc. This guy really is a one man show - he can do it all. Eric did have a few subcontractors help him with the job and they were always fantastic to work with as well. He knows quality workmanship and partnership. He finished the job in a timely timeframe and our home is gorgeous and the workmanship is quality - for a great price. If you need any renovations done, Eric with E.L. Construction is the way to go. His team has shown up every day and worked really hard each and every day. To me, with working with so manny contractors in the past that didn't clean up the job site each day was terrible. Craig meets with you every day to make sure the plan is how you want it and his team puts the plants and every part of the process the way you want it.
