Lawrence is a professional who kept me updated daily with pictures and details of the project, details on next steps, which tools and details would be taken care of. When I reached out to Lawrence my 1st contractor fell threw and I had 2 weeks to get 4 rooms done before my renters had to move in, I was under the gun and he came through at a good price, good quality and with solid customer service. I would highly recommend his work. Thanks for being a super respectful business that I will use again :)

They raised prices after I received an official quote because of a "miscalculation " to prep floors and lay concrete , they finally realized what I wanted which I told them from day 1 and i approved a sample they provided but they must have had second thoughts because they said to get the look I wanted they would need to use another product which equals more money which I agreed to . Throughout job I heard this is a big job , we're using more material than we thought (but yet they had atleast 10+ bags of cement they were taking back with them) . There generator went out and they complained to me it was the house , the AC wasn't on for them (which I told them they can turn on / off as they needed with no issues) , complained they couldn't use my garage or that a piece of furniture was in front of entry door - it wasn't blocking the entry way and they had plenty of space to work inside and out . Had a leak coming from my window . They had to stop work (understandable) but I kept in close communication with them the entire day and fixed the issue myself and told them they could continue work the next day but they told me that next day they took a 2 day job because they weren't sure how long the leak would take to fix ? Even though I kept in communication with them. But they did ask me for more money that day because they were losing money on job and I obliged in good faith - worse thing I did - The floors are very uneven tone - not a blend of different shades I'm talking blotches , scratch marks , trowel marks , cracks in the new concrete pour , grinding to correct mistakes , uneven leveling - (btw I already had 2 companies look over what was done and all they could do was shake their head in disbelief) Asked for them to correct and they didn't want to risk putting in another 10k into a floor I may not be satisfied with so they said no but they did ask for half of remaining balance - yeah ok that's not happening . They brought in their concrete rep who said they probably mixed in an old bag of cement / different lot number with a newer one which caused the inconsistent coloring - either that or the dry times are different so you get different colors (that makes no sense) shocked he even said the old bag was mixed with new bag because why bite the hand that feeds you? Dad was rude trying to convince me floor was great and that I was nitpicking , dad also told his son to raise price on me in beginning - so I fired them . I'm out of time , have a terrible looking floor and out 14k - see the photos for yourself - but hey use them if you want - in addition I found out from new floor company that some of my rooms did not have an adequate amount of concrete poured onto floor because the new company's pads for their grinders were hitting sand immediately - no wonder why these hacks had so many bags of concrete being loaded onto their truck - they were trying to bring back product to get money back in their pockets - and the rep for product knew it and said nothing - fuck this company from the bottom of my living heart - karma is a mother fucker - but I'm not bitter - just feel sad as hell for these fools and anyone who uses them .

AZ Stain Concrete stained my Concrete the way I wanted it. Thank you again!!! It's beautiful.

I wanted a quality install and was pretty particular about details like transitions to tile, baseboards, that I wanted to pull out old carpet, I was ordering the materials, etc. Paul and Daniel knew exactly what I was referring to regarding smooth transitions and immediately said "no problem" after others gave me a whole song and dance. They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) The guys work fast, thoroughly, are kind and easy to have around. I had feedback on two small things while they worked.. no problem, they resolved them quickly and without issue. I can't recommend AZ Prestige enough.

I needed to extend exiting tile installed 4 years ago by a different company to other parts of my home (master bedroom, walk-in closet and office). I had additional tile for them to use. They matched it up perfectly, executed as promised and left the place 100% clean. The entire process was so easy: I measured the room and sent pictures. I got a bid with-in hours and they schedule my install. They showed up on time, were very courteous and talked through any issues they encountered. I liked them so much I had them come back out the next week and install more tile. This is a company you keep in your contact list and refer.

I had Florin install my luxury vinyl plank floors on my new remodeled home. High quality floors…read more The home had two new additions, each addition had a new concrete slab poured against the existing slab. These transitions had slightly uneven concrete since it was not seamless. One of these, Florin poured self leveler, albeit not nearly enough, the other he did not. The floor prep was not done correctly and now in both areas I have cracked flooring down my entire kitchen, as well as in the middle of my living room. I am talking 25' of continuous cracks right over the uneven concrete. The floors depress over 1/2" when you step on them. At first I thought i could live with it, so didn't complain, but as time went on it got worse and worse. Now the floors cut your feet. I had Florin out to inspect, and he gave me the typical contractor excuse that its a high traffic area and floors are cupping bc they are vinyl. (how can floors depress 1/2" if its installed on flat concrete?) I have built several homes and also work in the trades. The only 2 places in the home where this cracking exists are exactly down the fault lines of these two uneven concrete surfaces. Cupping does not cause planks to split in two at each seam. He tried charging me nearly 25% of my entire 3000sqft floor install to fix this 100sqft section, which no guarantee it will work or look good. This is clearly a workmanship error and I am so tired of contractors not taking accountability for their mistakes. Florin is one of those guys. Avoid doing business with him. For $100 in materials and spending 1 hour to float the floor properly, this could have been avoided. All slabs are going to have uneven surfaces from settling etc. A good flooring guy will take a level out and make sure to fill any voids. My floors are ruined and will need to replace now the entire great room and add a seam to make it look right. $5000 mistake.

Ideal gave me a good quote, came by to look at it, and was able to fit me into their schedule. My God the place looks new again. The floor just glows in this grand old Tudor Revival.
