He explained what he did (for some 2nd floor vents…read morehe went in through the basement), got the air ducts good and clean, showed me all the junk that he cleaned out (lots of mouse poop, yuck). The only deduction was because although he was fairly clean, there was some mouse poop left in the basement where he did the cleaning, and in the furnace, which was not fun cleaning out. Still, for the price, I was happy to clean up a little. After he came to do the cleaning, our furnace started leaking. We thought maybe it was related to the cleaning, called him and asked him to check it out. He came the next day, was very gracious about it, opened up the furnace, and determined the A coil was leaking through the drain pan, not because the condensation tube was blocked by something knocked loose by the cleaning. He called his friend right there on the spot to see if he could come replace our drain pan or the A coil. Haven't heard from the friend yet, but Jonathan went above and beyond without charging us for what was essentially a service diagnostic.

I called to get a quote for running new wire from my house to my garage…read more What did I like? 1) They told me they partner with Hunger Task Force, so I could donate 5 non-perishable goods instead of paying dispath fee. 2) Employees that came to my house were courteous and respectful and seemed knowledgeable. 3) Staff answering the phone were very friendly. What did I not like? 1) Tech that came to my house spent 2 hours looking at my circuit breaker box and plugging a device into a few of my outlets, talking about a concern with "voltage drop" that might be cause of garage power outage. It wasn't, but he was looking for other services to sell me. Never quoted me for the service I needed done. 2) Supervisor came by 2 hours later to re-inforce the "voltage drop" concern. Gave me a quote. Quote included surge protectors for each circuit box that I did not ask for. After surge protectors removed from quote, it was still $4400 more than the quote of the company I ultimately hired to do the work. Tech and supervisor both got their boss (same guy) on speakerphone to discuss voltage drop concern. Would cost $200+ per outlet to repair and still not guaranteed to resolve voltage drop concern. Very suspect operation. I will never call this company again for anything. If you do, be sure to get multiple quotes from other companies.

I was able to get an appointment the same day and Bart fixed my issue in under 30 minute. He was very nice, helpful, honest and fair in price. He gave me some great advice for maintaining my other appliances. I hope I don't have any other issues in the future but if I do, I'll definitely call them. And I will 100% recommend them to anyone else!

He gave me a quote, showed up for the job, realized he didnt…read morepay enough attention (he overlooked my basement ceiling being drywalled ) He started the job but decided after cutting three vents holes in my floors that he didn't want to finish the job he misquoted. Than he sent Elizabeth his admin person to do his lying for him. They now demand i remove the entire ceiling and verify there is no mold or asbestos before they will return. We discussed the condition of the basement, specifically that there is soke mold and likely asbestos wrapped pipes. The morning he arrived to do the job he immediatelyadmitted he screwed up. He assured me he would do the work anyways as it was his mistake. Now he won't respond to messages sent directly to him, and Elisabeth is like dealing with a child who will not admit they are wrong. Despite the very good reviews, it has been a nightmare trying to get this company to follow through with what they said they would do. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your work.

This past Monday he installed a new Honeywell T10 Lyric thermostat. He tied this in to my existing bypass humidifier to automatically control it to minimize window sweating in the summer. The new controls required a new wire to tie the thermostat to the humidifier. Tom efficiently ran the wire from the main floor to the basement. The T10 can also control via remote sensors to assure adequate heating and cooling. I am very happy with the thermostat, and how the system operates!
