2 Services Calls/With A Laugh! Late March I had my front load dryer repaired and things were as good as new. Unfortunately, the other day I went to use the dryer and there was no power. I check to make sure that the circuit breaker was on and everything looked good. With this said, I naturally called Kingdom Appliance Repair because they had just recently repaired it. When I called both gentlemen were polite and one came out next day! The gentleman looked at it and comes to let me know that there is no power in the outlet that it is plugged into and is not plugged into the outlet labeled for my unit! Again, he was polite and understanding and did not charge me a service call!! Thank You!!! Funny but not funny part......Spectrum was out a few days ago and took it upon them self to unplug my dryer from my outlet and plug it into the vacant apartments outlet (which has NO POWER). My Electrolux refrigerator was leaking water onto my hardwood floor. I called Kingdom Appliance Repair and left a message. Within a few minutes, they had called me back and we set up an appointment for the next day. The technician, Bart, shared his thoughts as to what was probably causing the leak. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Once he took apart the freezer drawer, he was able to confirm the problem and showed it to me. As he worked, he found another issue which would've created a more severe problem within a few months. He replaced that part without charging me! He also cleaned the compressor hoses behind the freezer since they had accumulated 8 years worth of dust. I cannot say enough to describe the professionalism and quality of service that Bart provided. If I have any other appliance repair needs, I will call Kingdom Appliance again. I called Kingdom Appliance, because my oven was not working properly. Bart, the technician was already in route in my area and arrived at my home the same day within 15 minutes . When he arrived he was polite, and easy to talk too.He explained everything in detail and was able to answer all my questions. This guy, showed up prepared and ready to work! He was able to diagnose the problem in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the ending results was my oven needed to be replaced. We put out several requests for a contact and quote on an appliance repair which we needed. We received a reply from Abraham of Kingdom Appliance in less than 10 minutes. He gave us his number and asked us to text him pictures and info about the needed repair. Within less than an hour we had a quote and scheduled repair appointment. HVAC companies are a little bit shady to me regularly. Pay us a service fee, I will tell you what your cost will be for me to fix whatever it is that is wrong with your furnace. Then they turn around, charge a service/diagnostic fee and tell you it will be $600 to replace a $150 part. Not ideal. Called Abraham and he was professional, honest, cost-effective. Offered several alternatives and timelines that would work for us, was able to come by the next day, diagnosed, replaced. The experience was great. TY read more

I had a cherished lamp that stopped working. I was heartbroken because I loved it but its value was only sentimental and I was worried about a large repair cost. Update 5-23-18: I called Abraham at 9am about a dryer that wouldn't quite dry. We had him over approximately 9 months prior to do a repair on our dish washer. He was over within the hour and diagnosed the problem. He could of sold us a fake bill of goods like it needing a thermometer or a new heating element, rather he diagnosed the problem as poor venting. He solved our problem and cleaned the machine. Once again we will only call Abraham for our appliance repair. He's a great guy, truly. read more
