You are supposed to provide detailed quotes and receipts. The company used to do that right. The changes that someone has instituted are not making for happy customers. Has it occurred to you that some customers may need those receipts for tax purposes? What you sent me via email within the body of your request for survey was a joke. I will update the rating when I receive the official receipt on the company's letterhead with a description of the work done and breakdown of charges. UPDATE: they finally got the Invoice right. To their credit, their response to survey and review was as quick as could be.
