What an experience…read more.. I'm a self-proclaimed thrifting fanatic, and I grew up loving to go to flea markets and priced-per-pound places with my grandma. Maybe it was the heat, but this fleamarket just wasn't hitting when I visited. SETUP: You can really get your steps in here! Park and remember where you parked, then head in. Tons of shops to explore - like miles of it - and it's all covered. It's open air so no AC, but many shops have fans and some have AC running. They have each lane color coded on the floor, so you can remember you started in the red lane, then went to blue, etc. We still got lost haha. FOOD/DRINK: There are restaurants and bars here! Very fun to get a beer to drink while you walk. Most of the food was food truck style - pretty greasy and hot, which didn't appeal to us. SHOPS: This was the disappointing part for me. Maybe it's just not my style, but I was bummed to see it was mostly cheap bulk items and poorly made stuff at that. The t-shirt shops were selling cheap, misprinted Fort Myers stuff - but the prices weren't that crazy good? And they didn't have true tourist stores with souvenirs more than just t-shirts. Some of the shoe stores had some decent deals, a few record store scores, and I LOVED the few well-curated vintage shops inside. But otherwise, it was a lot of stuff I happily passed on. Some of the vendors were a bit pushy (the spa/skincare ones) but otherwise most left us be to browse. Even as a fan of thrifting, I found this to be overwhelming and underwhelming at the same time and likely won't be back.

A blend to help you fall asleep and stay asleep? Yeah right. A blend to help calm your dogs? Suuuuure. Because Georgeann is my friend, I wanted to support her small business, so I ordered some sample sizes of various products. Every last one does what it says. The Silent Night roller does help me fall asleep and stay asleep. I use it every night and it's amazing. Calm the Dog actually calms dogs. I was dog sitting this dog who during the first night was really having a hard time relaxing. She was panting and pacing for hours, and nothing I tried to calm her helped. That's when I remembered I ordered Calm the Dog. I put some around her collar and on the bridge of her nose and within 5 minutes she laid down and went to sleep. Restore balm is the greatest thing since buttered corn on the cob. I've been using it as a facial moisturizer and it has softened my wrinkles. The biggest thing is it's made the milia cysts (tiny, white lumps)on my eyelids go away. The lip balms blow store brands out of the water. Plus, there's a Facebook group for Heaven Scent Aroma Shop where Georgeann is there to answer any questions you may have. I don't live in area anymore, so my orders are shipped to me. The shipping rate is reasonable and the packages always arrive in a timely manner. I do know that Georgeann will deliver your order herself if you're close by. Now THAT is superb customer service. The prices are reasonable. The products are excellent. And the customer service is phenomenal. I'm definitely a life-long customer, and you should be too.

These unethical business practices are surprising and I am amazed they are allowed to operate. However, it houses shops I've never heard of, and to its credit, there are no vacancies. For a small and somewhat quiet mall, the anchor stores are impressive: Macy's, Dillard's and Penney's. The food court isn't big, but has the requisite variety of choices. Curiously, there's a sheriff's office inside the mall. "Is there a lot of crime here?" I asked the officer on duty.
