So, I decided to pull the trigger on the Ceramic Coat. The detail is amazing! First they decontaminate the car, get any bugs, road grime etc . Once that is done, they do paint correction, get rid of the swirls, and small scratches, etc. Then they finish with Sensha Crystal Glow 8 year Ceramic Coating. Let me just say, my car POPS!! It looks just like it did coming off the showroom floor!! I am very very satisfied! When I wash it, it glistens, and looks like I waxed it every time!!!

They told me if I got the paint from BMW they'd take care of the rest. I'll let the photos do the talking... I took photos and sent everything over, and while they did offer to "fix it," after seeing the quality of the original work I honestly wasn't comfortable bringing my vehicle back there again. Instead, I kept getting told "we'll call you back" regarding a refund that call never came. The whole place honestly feels like it's being run by a bunch of 19 year old kids who are friends with the owner's son, who apparently runs the shop. The work quality and professionalism definitely reflect that. No accountability, poor communication, and zero confidence that they actually knew what they were doing. Unfortunately I paid cash, otherwise I would absolutely be disputing the charge with my bank. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Moral of the story, this place is awful. Save your time, money, and stress!! Find another shop that will actually do the work right the first time.
