Their system kept generating invalid quotes, and it took them 3 tries to actually create and send a valid one. In the end, I didn't like the flashy format of their quotes compared to the regular, easy to read documents from other lenders. Their rate was good, but still not quite as good as a couple of others. I probably could have negotiated with them a bit, but after the quote issues, I decided to go a different direction. I understand technology issues can sometimes occur, and I would have considered them just another possible lender for the future. The reason for my review, though, is I can't get them to leave me alone. It has now been 8 months since I purchased my home and I am still getting junk mail, annoying emails, and even the occasional call from these guys. Their emails have no option to unsubscribe, either. I don't plan on buying another home soon, but even if I was, I wouldn't even request a quote from Dolan again just because of their overly aggressive marketing tactics. Mortgages aren't something people get every month, stop with the soliciting!

She had to restructure my loan half way through because I could not qualify for a down payment program due to a job promotion that I got during the home purchasing process. She advised me how to best go about it, to still make sure we can close on the home. She was agile and very quick in resolving all the hurdles we faced with the underwriter, and I can tell you there were many because of my rare mix of W2 and 1099 jobs mixed with a large student loan. In my experience as a real estate agent myself, anyone can close a loan of a straight forward buyer, but many loans fail because the lenders cannot approve them.
