We got quotes from several lenders when we were looking to buy our home. Paul's team had multiple…read moreissues getting me a quote. Their system kept generating invalid quotes, and it took them 3 tries to actually create and send a valid one. In the end, I didn't like the flashy format of their quotes compared to the regular, easy to read documents from other lenders. Their rate was good, but still not quite as good as a couple of others. I probably could have negotiated with them a bit, but after the quote issues, I decided to go a different direction. I understand technology issues can sometimes occur, and I would have considered them just another possible lender for the future. The reason for my review, though, is I can't get them to leave me alone. It has now been 8 months since I purchased my home and I am still getting junk mail, annoying emails, and even the occasional call from these guys. Their emails have no option to unsubscribe, either. I don't plan on buying another home soon, but even if I was, I wouldn't even request a quote from Dolan again just because of their overly aggressive marketing tactics.
