We feel that we didn't get what we agreed to with Green Eagle. We were told that foam filled with…read morepoison would be put in the holes around the foundation of the house where mice were getting in and it is industrial and expensive. They sealed the holes, put poison bait boxes around the house, and set traps in the area needed. After four days of seeing the foam being partially chewed through the foam and still hearing noises in the floor, I noticed another hole above the foam that was missed and never sealed. I patched that hole up with concrete but then the next morning the foam was completely gone on existing hole so I patched that up with concrete. We were told that the foam/poison would kill the mice fast but after close to a week and all the foam gone there was still the same noise of rodents in the same place. I used pest spray foam from a hardware store myself last year and it worked just as good as theirs (they were both chewed through but theirs was chewed through much quicker). We feel after spending over $1500 we didn't get what we were promised. We have no problem with paying something because they did come out and spent time at our house. We were told that they would refund $25 x 4 boxes that we had them take back but that was it. I would not recommend Green Eagle Pest control to anyone.

Luke provided us with information on what to expect from his service as well as possible other services they could provide for our property in the future (bush trimming, mulching, hauling). Since the hubs HATES yard work, we decided to give Aurora a test run -- and our first month was free! Also included in our offer was a fall aeration and over seeding of the lawn. Score! Fast forward to mid-July as I write this review and I can highly recommend Luke and his hard working small crew of guys for all of your yard needs. Communication is key -- they always text us when they are headed to our home (we have locked gates for our dogs) and have always taken great care to make sure to re-lock the gates when they leave. Their work is reliable, fast, neat, clean, and professional. They edge around everything and blow off the clippings every single time they come out. They will leave a service ticket in your door to let you know they were there and what they did as well as when to expect them again. You can set up electronic bill payments or leave them a check. Super easy. Most of all and most importantly -- they are just a great group of hard-working young guys trying to make an honest go of a small business. We love them!
