Finally at my wits end I left a nasty email and voicemail for him well I guess that's what it took for him to call me back. If you know anything about treating bed bugs it is a lengthy process and takes a long-time. They spent 20 minutes in my home and were done. They did not spray under my box spring or the couch in the living room...I could go on and on. Whatever chemical was used did nothing for the issue. The communication was horrendous the only way we knew about any prep work was because I texted them before they arrived. No communication afterward as far as what we should expect from the treatment to work. In the end, I requested at the very least the extra $200 I was charged but was denied.
