We contacted Absolute Plumbing on Friday morning, needing to replace our water heater ASAP. Not only were we given a great price (saved us literally hundreds $$$) but we had a brand new water heater installed and running only a couple of hours after our call. I even looked up the manufacturing date of our new water heater in order to check on the warranty. Our water heater was manufactured only a few weeks ago, meaning our manufacturing warranty will be good until the summer of 2026! Since most water heaters come with a 6 year manufacturer warranty. Great service!!! The previous owner to our house made some really odd repairs or fixes. They installed an outside faucet facing the wall with no room to connect a hose. And our water shut-off valve was corroded so trying to replace the odd outside faucet was impossible (Because of the 90 pounds of water straying out of the faucet). Trust me, we tried and failed miserably. We called Absolute Plumbing & Rooting on a SUNDAY at 8AM. Jonathan picked up quick and arrived within minutes (He was probably still sleeping and wasn't planning to work on a Sunday but he came)! He knew exactly what he needed to do. First of all the guy purchased extremely expensive parts without notifying me until he was done. I understand he likes the highest quality in shower replacements but as a family with kids keeping a budget is key. His excuse was ..."I buy the the best of the best" "I had to buy the whole set because the part you needed only came in gold" which he should've called to inform me in the first place. We had rusted valves in the shower and it required having to break through the wall and shower to put in new piping for new fixtures. Although we were not happy with having to break through the wall, they did it with minimal inconvenience and recommended someone to patch the drywall which is just a small job. The owner, Jonathan, was on top of the project with his helpers. After taking a shower the next morning, I was not happy with the gooseneck, high showerhead he installed and the extra high water pressure running through it. Because of the one handle faucet, there was no way for me to control it. The water was coming out so heavy, that the drain could not take it down fast enough. When I discussed this with Jonathan, he was quick to change it out and now I am happy with the results and how quickly he handled it and with such professionalism.
