We called Absolute to help us with a sink drain headache. Yelp was the only reference we used. We called Friday, and someone was here the same day. We knew the leak was a tough one because another plumber already failed. Absolute was up front that the repair would be a temporary fix and advised us to replace the whole drain when the joint failed again. There was the tiniest of drips hours after the temporary fix. We called Friday evening, and Jonathan came out the next morning. He was on time and replaced the p-trap within an hour. We figured this would be a new charge, but no! Our shower was backing up and we were unable to use the shower for a couple of days. Had one guy come out and take a look. He attempted to unclog the line but failed because the shower water line was damaged. He quoted me a ridiculous price to go under our mobile home and repair the line. I contacted Jonathan at Absolute Plumbing through Yelp and he quickly replied asking me to call him. He showed up the next day 15 minutes before his scheduled time. His partner went under the home and within minutes they figured out a solution to get the pipe fixed and the water flowing. Jonathan and his Brother, Martin did a great job redoing the water supply lines on my mobile home. They were polybutylene which had a history of failure and had begun to leak. Jonathan is a very dedicated honest person. We had an overflow on Thursday and he came immediately and fixed it and saw with a camera what the problem was and explained to us. He said he could do the job on Monday and quoted us the cost of the work. ie drilling the floor, replacing the pipe (but not tiles) We decided to get another 2 quotes and saw that his was along the market rate. After completing the initial job that we hired him to do, he informed us that there were roots further in and showed us on his camera and left it to us to decide if we wanted to do that too. For this he quoted slightly higher than one of our other estimate and he was willing to match the price. We eventually let him do the entire job. He came promptly at 9am with another man and completed the whole job in 4 hours. He did not compromise on qualtiy and did a neat job in drilling and putting the pipe and cleaning up the area. My father had a leak on Friday afternoon at 5pm. I called Jonathan and he came over in 5 minutes because he was nearby. He fixed the issue and provided great customer service. The next day I called him back because it turned out that we had another leak that was unrelated to the first one. It was a very diffucult job that required replacing a 17 foot glavanized pipe, digging a trench to remove and replace it, cutting into 7 feet of concrete. He did all this work with his assistants in one day. He was great! I highly reccomned him! He also replaced and moved a gas line in my house last year that I was very happy how it turned. We JUST bought a home and didn't check the plumbing as thoroughly as we should have (I've since been educated by Jonathan). We discovered that we had a broken main line that required us to dig up the concrete (slab foundation). My realtor recommended Jonathan's company and he was over the same day to inspect it. He ran a camera and discovered the breakage. In a single day, he broke the concrete, dug out and replaced the pipe and poured new concrete. My house was also designed without clean-outs so he installed one of those as well. He ran the camera again to show me the before and after results on DVD. He also understood the financial constraints I was in having just purchased the home so he helped me out a bit. REALLY solid guy. The next month, I had him over to hyrdo-jet all the sewage lines since. Since it's a 50 year old house, there was a lot of build up in all the pipes. He gave me another DVD after his work.
