With so many alarm companies available today, I find it unacceptable that Vivint treats its customers this way. To make matters worse, their customer service is not based in the United States, and communication has been difficult. I also sent two written correspondences to Vivint's corporate headquarters and never received a response. Anyone considering this company should be cautious. Once you sign up, canceling is a nightmare. The customer service is virtually nonexistent, and the overall experience has been incredibly frustrating.
