Called to schedule a tow, I was told I'd be contacted by a driver shortly. After waiting an hour and a half, I tried calling back to check on the status. First three calls there was no answer. On the fourth call, a lady answered and told me she had no available drivers until the next morning. Complete waste of time. read more

This place is a joke, don't waste your time calling them for ANY service advertised on their website as they don't do any of them. The long distance price quote is the same price for any tow company to take a car anywhere, they do not specialize in long distance. Call a real long distance car shipping service. 4880.00 here at the long distance shipping experts or 750.00 from a real long distance shipping place, and it was explained they only do long distance right now, didn't know there were that many people dumb enough to pay that rate. If you have any doubts give them a call and the rude condescending receptionist will explain it all ... kinda as you have to pry any information from her. I was involved in an accident and I was referred to Absolute Towing by my insurance company to have my truck towed. The car accident left my truck with two completely flat tires on the passenger rear and front. While I was speaking to the lady at the front desk to have a towing truck dispatched to us, she hung up in the middle of our call. We understand things happen and calls drop so we called back a total of 7 times within the next 10 minutes. She finally called back and in the background she is complaining that we called her too many times. After she realized that I was on the phone she apologized and let me know that they will have a tow truck on the way soon. We hang up and I receive a text message for the worker that will be towing our car to let us know he will be there. I respond back to make sure it's a flatbed that we requested and he said no we are wheeling your car. How can you wheel a car when one of the back wheels is destroyed. They refused to send the flatbed we requested and so we cancelled the tow. The lady dispatcher was pissed and hung up on us again! read more

My car broke down in Wildwood and I was forced to leave it outside of a sketchy gas station as it was late at night. I wanted to get it serviced in Jacksonville and called around for long-distance towing but many websites that advertised long distance towing said "that's out of our range" or "we don't go that far". Why are you called long distance towing if you aren't willing to drive long distances? I found Absolute Towing through a simple google search and they were nothing but nice to me and offered the lowest price that anyone quoted (other places that actually did long distance towing quoted prices as high as 700-800 dollars: with that amount of money I could just get my car fixed!). The customer service was amazing and the people there were really friendly. My car is now in Jacksonville and will be serviced! If I ever have an emergency again or need towing services, I'll definitely be giving Absolute Towing a call. read more

On Tues Nov 28th I got stuck on I95S traffic jam for 5 hours in the Jacksonville area. (I'm from San Diego, so traffic crawls are a norm). My old car had overheated and I had pulled over, sitting on the freeway for 5 hours watching cars move slower than snails. I had called AAA for a tow and they gave me a window of 4.5 hours for a pick up. I checked with them at the 2 hour mark to see where I was on the tow list...not happening for at least another 2+ hours and AAA also does not tow after dark. I thought that was odd and was frustrated with AAA was not making much of effort. After relaying this to my husband who was working in Canada, he was able to get a reference for Absolute towing. They had no problems with towing after dark and 150 miles to my destination. Ricky showed up with 15 mins of the estimated time they had given me. Star #1 for me. Additional stars where for Ricky's concern for my safety at just meeting me and his professionalism he presented.
