After purchasing a used 15' long swim spa I was having trouble finding a way to go get it until I spoke with Joy from Troyz Towing. She stayed in contact with me each day until my seller became available for pickup. Mike the Driver was right on time but neither of us knew what we were in for. The 2800 gallon swim spa was sitting on sand. That was just the first of many obstacles we overcame getting it loaded. Luckily the drive allowed us to cool down before offloading the whale and manueuvering it exactly where I wanted. My sons truck got towed away. He called Troyz Towing and was told to call Nicole Bostick. He called Nicole several times for 2 hours and she ignored his calls, as could be seen in the screenshot below. I called Nicole from my CELLPHONE and she answer right away. I explained that my son had been up since 4:00 a.m. he had to be back on the road the next day at 7 a.m. and needed to get his truck back that day. I ask her to please answer his call. Nicole finally answered his call, she was mad at him because he told me what was going on and I decided to call her from a different number. Now its too late, the yard is closed. They have to keep the truck overnight $$$$$$$. She told him he could sleep on the truck that night and hangs up the phone. He called her back to ask how to get through the gate before he gets an uber and heads out to the yard. Again Nicole is not answering. I called Nicole she answers and immediately tells me she has another call coming in and puts me on hold. After being on hold for 14 minutes, see screenshot, I called her from my HOUSE phone and she answered right away. When I told her it was me and that she still has me on hold on my cellphone and that my son is trying to call her again, she got rude and disrespectful and hung up the phone. Then she answered my son's call and told him to forget sleeping in his truck for the night and to thank me for that. Nicole Bostick shame on you. Life gave you a second chance. Be GRATEFUL to people who park in the wrong place and you get to tow their vehicles away. Thanks to them you get to pay your bills and put food on your table. Billie assisted me with my broken down vehicle. He was able to immediately tell me his opinion on the matter which showed he was very knowledgeable. My husband got stuck only a few blocks from home with a car that would not start. It was really late. Used the Allstate online app to ask for help. Allstate said it would be hours and hours, so we called the company they suggested, and we were able to get service a lot faster! The driver was knowledgeable and was able to do a short fix to get our poor HHR home without a problem. He was so careful to get it backed into our driveway just right. I manage other Diesel fleets. We called Troyz Towing to pick up one of our Trucks. They told us 3 different times that the tow truck had been dispatched out when it had not, then they sent the wrong tow truck, and tried to blame us for their mistake. They lied and said they were onsite, but they never showed back up. Then after 4 hours we called and cancelled the tow, but then come to find out they never cancelled it because they set it up with a different tow company THE WHOLE TIME. They gave that tow company the wrong information and then never updated them. That tow company came and picked up the truck finally and dropped it off at the repair shop. Now the owner Troy calls me (the manager of the fleet company) and cusses me out because I will not pay him. I told him that his company never touched my truck so we would be paying the company that did. He called me a liar, and I offered him all of the call recordings but he didn't want those. Instead he called me names and tried to degrade me and then finished the call with "I'm sure your great at screwing people because you do it every night" Then hung up on me. Real stand up company and guy. I will never use them for any of my business in the future and I really hope no one else does either. There are far better companies to give your money to. Horrible service, horrible customer service and down right liars! This tow ended up taking 8 hours because of their screw ups and they never owned up to any of it. read more

I had the worst experience with this company. I was left stranded for 5 and a half hours because the owner didn't update the information I gave her (repeatedly ) in order to give it to the next shift. I was originally told that my wait time would be 30 to 90 minutes. I was in Jacksonville to help my disabled sister who was alone waiting for me. Stay away! This company is VERY unprofessional! I waited over 2 hours to have my car towed, then when I called they said they would be there in 15 mins. I headed over to my car only to find out 10 mins later that they told my insurance company that it would be another 15 mins to an hour! They never called to tell me or anything! Worst of the Worst. No transparency what so ever! Unproffesional is an understatement. Called to have vehicle towed around 1:15 pm today. It is exactly 4: 02. One guy came at 3:00 and in his own words stated he fuck#d up at the dealership that my car needed to go to, so he couldnt go back there, then LEFT. saying another truck would have to come and get it. Everytime I have called they have told me 5 minutes, then 20 minutes, now the latest lie is 10 minutes. I am beyond disbelief. I work for a well known car dealership in Ga. One of our customers abandoned one of our vehicles in Jacksonville and it was towed to Troyz. I called Troyz and got all the information that we would need to pick up our vehicle and they said we would have to have cash only - I spoke with Shabonne about the release forms that I would need -Instead of faxing me the form , She took a picture of it with her Iphone and emailed it to me and it was dark and barely legible. I typed a release form word for word that she sent. She assured me that they were a 24/7 hr operation and if my collection guy needed anything to call and she would have someone meet us at the location to pick up our vehicle. These people were the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. They gave my collection guy the run around when he went to Florida to pick up the vehicle. He had to go onsite several different times, they tried to say we didn't have proper release form but it was Notarized and I had a copy of our title . and then they could not get in touch with this lady because she would not answer her phone after she said she was on her way to meet us. She sounded like she was at a party one time on the phone so maybe just too busy with other things or trying to hold our vehicle another day or two so they could charge us more storage fees for holding the vehicle, After much hassle we finally got our vehicle back. I have dealt with lots of towing companies all over the US and I usually recommend them to other companies but I would not recommend this company to anyone! read more
