My wife and are expecting our first child and we told him that so we can stay on track with a schedule. We both have been wanting to do this project for sometime now. Over the last couple months I have recommended him to different colleagues and even had our good friends hire him also as their general contractor for a large project. My mistake!! We were supposed to meet Mike one Monday and he no called/ no showed to us. We texted and called and even emailed him. Two weeks later we still haven't heard from the guy. We contacted his now former project manager who said she only lasted two weeks working for him which we found odd and is no longer an employee. We kept getting promised things such as our plans will be done on x date so we can submit to the city. He would come up with excuse after excuse. Well long story short, no progress has been made this last two months. This guy has gone MIA on us and our good friends! Absolutely zero communication with Mike. Stay far away from this "contractor". I wouldn't feel comfortable giving any money toward a project because he doesn't communicate with his clients. I would be up all night thinking he just ran away with our money! I wouldn't trust him at all!

I also appreciated that they use a soft wash process rather than harsh pressure washing, which is much safer for the roof and exterior surfaces. The results were incredible. Our roof is so clean that the original lighter color is showing again, and all of the black gunk is completely gone. The concrete looks brand new, and they even cleaned an exterior wall that wasn't included in the original quote. Kris, his brother, and his nephew were amazing to work with. Some insurance companies have been sending letters requiring homeowners to get this done, and after looking at our roof we figured we'd better get ahead of the letter. I met with Chris (the owner) and he was great throughout the process. He's doing a lot of work in Folsom because the moss is going crazy here for some reason. His team came out and started with the roof... and oh my gosh... the amount of stuff that came off our roof was stunning, like maybe two ten gallon buckets of moss and crud (first time cleaning in 30 years). They cleaned the solar panels, then proceeded to power wash the entire house, and all the concrete front, back and side yards. Everything is cleaner now, and worth the expense. I checked with other companies too, but Cali offered the all-in-one bundle that left the roof, screens, walls, and concrete looking great.
