I hired Napa Valley Window Cleaners to clean windows inside and out, power wash front of house and clean solar panels. They were; -professional, couteous, even upbeat. -ontime. -honest. They told me my solar panels did not really need cleaning and cancelled that job. -flexible. I had them add gutter cleaning which they added without any probelm. -communicate very well. They have an operating platform that allows for quick quotes, invoicing and arrival and completion notifications. Most importantly, they are well equiped and do excellent work. First of all, they were completely flexible to make the time frame work for us. They were in complete communication from start to finish. NPWC is the most amazing window cleaning service I've ever worked with. This is a family business where everyone, all 4 of them :) , are related and the quality of the service reflects the pride in their work. Solomon, the dad/uncle, showed up to survey the scope of the project and emailed me an estimate within a couple of hours. The crew of 2 showed up on time, were professional and friendly. One did the outsides the other the insides and they were like a well-rehearsed dance team. Did I mention that they also cleaned my screens? I wasn't convinced that washing the outside windows with "pure H20" was going to be enough to get off all the grime but to my great surprise 95% of it was pristine. Most astonishing of all was that when they were done they walked me around each room to inspect the windows and show them spots that I wanted improved. Most window companies just pack up and leave when they're "done". NPWC then went over every spot that I'd pointed out (there weren't many) and redid them. Who does that in this day and age? Their professionalism and quality is above and beyond. Their price was very fair and another big surprise, the technician told me that since my most of my screens could be wiped down instead of hosed, they wouldn't charge me for them. I can't recommend these guys enough. We used them for cleaning the gutters. It is a family business. All communication beforehand was clear. Father spoke with me about scope of work, provided quote and set up appointment. Son and crew came to do the work. They were perfectly on time and did the work efficiently and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. Because the project was less involved and took less time than anticipated, they charged me LESS than the quote. You don't see this kind of professionalism, service and integrity these days. I have hired someone new to redo the windows that were done last month by this company. Solomon said he would come out to check the job, but I never heard from him again. The outside windows were spray washed with a special treated water and let to dry naturally. Most of the outside windows had drip marks near the bottom. I could have lived with that, but the interior windows were apparently rubbed with a rag. All the interior windows had a film on them (except the higher windows which were never touched). I could literally write my name name on the remaining film. This was a very sloppy job. Today, while watering I noticed two rubber gaskets that were not replaced onto the sills, but lying on the ground. So, $615 "down the drain." read more
