I called the Bettie Bus and was quoted a $40 fare for a shuttle from midtown at that hour! So I decided to use my Taxi Magic app and scheduled a cab on Sun to pick me up at 4:15 a.m. on Mon. (I decided to leave ample time in case they were late, or worse yet didn't show up at all.) I was just getting ready to head down to the lobby at a few minutes past 4 to wait when I received an automated call from the company to let me know that my cab was already there and waiting! I hustled on down, the driver came to the door when I stepped out and carried two of my bags down a flight of stairs and I was on my way. Her entire presentation was that of elegance, her vehicles were beautifully waxed, shined inside and out--simply immaculate!
