I've tried those deemed "the best," including Salt Lick in Driftwood and Killen's. So how did CorkScrew measure up? In addition to the beef rib, we tried the moist brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. We also tried several sides, including those recommended in the Michelin review: potato salad, mac and cheese, smokey beans, and coleslaw, and I picked up a peach cobbler, as well.
