Stopped by last night to give them a try. This place is a gem! Shout out to making it all about Buda. From the decor to the wonderful, friendly staff and spotlessly clean seating area in the back. They have set the standard high! The ice cream is delicious, with many choices. I like that they have kept the selections simple. You can read the menu with a quick scan instead of feeling overwhelmed with too many options! Kudos to 'Less is More'. Can't wait to go again taking Grandkids and Friend's. Took off a star due to my daughter wanting a little sip of water after her cone and there being no complementary water to pour yourself a quick sip to wash down the ice cream. The only option was bottled Fiji water and other canned or bottled soft drinks. We ended up passing on the Fiji water and just went back to Brooklyn's for a quick complementary glass of water from their bar. Will totally be going back for ice cream again this summer but will remember to bring our water bottle.

The owner was super friendly and introduced me to the different flavors. It seemed like he might also be the baker, and he was clearly very proud of his pastries, which made the experience even better. The bread and pastries were delicious, soft, and fluffy. I forgot the exact names of the items I got, but I picked up three: one without any filling, which was my favorite, one with cream inside, and one with chocolate. The first two had just come out of the oven, so they were still warm. The prices were also very reasonable. I really love supporting small local businesses like this, and I hope they keep doing what they're doing and get more attention. That's one of the main reasons I enjoy writing reviews for small local businesses and hopefully help promote places that deserve it. One small suggestion: I hope the owner considers remodeling the interior to make it look a bit more modern. It's a very large space with a lot of potential. Overall, this was a great little find.
