This raised the price, which was fine. Upon completing the cleaning, I went downstairs and there were still marks on the top of the washer and dryer. My living room and bedrooms needed to be swept again. The kitchen sink and counters still had spots that i had to clean. I was very disappointed with the higher price and less than good clean. My personal life has been quite tumultuous the past 2 years, including bad tenants and roommates in and out of the home. I explained all of the glaring issues when they came to give a quote. I felt that I had communicated clearly what they were getting into, and when they toured the home they seemed confident. I desperately needed the help and agreed to the original quote. They were polite to me, but not when speaking to my relator about me. At the end, they asked for an extra $200 on top of the quoted price as they went far over budget during the cleaning. My financial situation is very tight and having the money for the original quote was a stretch, and I simply couldn't pay them any extra. This whole thing left me feeling guilty, shameful, and broke. I do not believe I will hire cleaning services (from anywhere) in the future.
