Service is prompt and consistent. The cleaning techs work hard. The MM business office is responsive to needs. They communicate via text which I really like. Easy to adjust plans. The best part is we are free to do other things and entertain without scrambling to have a clean house. Obviously not entertaining now but we were before the orders to stay home. They then left a note saying that they won't enter closed doors, and placed the note in front of my father who was reading a book on the couch!! My bedroom door is always closed as I have a kitten that likes to reek havoc in there, but today, they decided not to ask the man sitting right there if they could enter, but left a note in front of him, cleaned half of my apartment, took the $145 and left. Consider this when thinking about choosing a cleaning company. I left a message asking for them to return and do the rest of the job that I PAID for. It asked me what I would like cleaned and I added 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room, about 1000 sqft. I got a call from Krista the general manager saying she had no availability for the time that was showing up on the website, and rudely asserted that my home was not 1,000 sqft. I calmly replied that I don't want my whole house cleaned, to which she questioned again what I wanted done. I restated and she then argued with me saying that she looked at the blueprints of my house and that it was not 1,000 sqft. I said she was being rude and that I would not be going with them. First of all, never just tell someone about their own home. My home incorrectly states on the assessor website that it is 4700 sqft, after getting it professionally measured it was 3200 sqft. Additionally, I have three floors which are included in that square footage. So when I say I only want one bedroom and two bathrooms along with my small kitchen and dining room cleaned, I was actually being liberal with the square footage, it's much smaller. If you actually asked me instead of being hostile like I was trying to rip you off, I would have explained that. If you wanted to charge me twice the price I would have been fine with that. I don't care about the price I was just trying to fill out the assessment.
