I reached out for an initial visit and spoke with by far the rudest and most arrogant receptionist I have ever encountered. Not only did she talk down to me the entire time, she argued with every little statement or response I made, and refused to be cooperative in any meaningful way. She liked to add, "I've been in this business a long time" with every response she made. I have never been so disgusted and offended by a medical secretary in my life. The perpetual condescending tone, the offensive quips and jabs at my "knowledge of dentistry," and non-stop sighing are a new low for me. The dental rooms are new with state-of-the-art equipment. My dentist recently merged with this group which is the apparent reason for my first visit here. Other than my dental hygienist being the same person, and my dentist as well, there is not much more I can review at this time. His office staff is terrible and Michelle puts wrong codes into insurance company so she can try to charge you extra money out of your pocket. She also will try and cancel appts you made to squeeze people in without insurance to get the money for big procedures. I have opted to discontinue using the office for future procedures
