Going to the dentist can be ominous but it has been a totally pain-free experience at Barkoff Dental, very "chill environment" and I am no longer anxious about going to the dentist. The staff there is wonderful, the office is immaculate and the vibe is friendly and caring. In my first call to schedule, I spoke with Julianne, the patient coordinator, and she was so wonderful and super-supportive. Nothing is a problem there; the office is very accommodating. The dental rooms are new with state-of-the-art equipment. My dentist recently merged with this group which is the apparent reason for my first visit here. Other than my dental hygienist being the same person, and my dentist as well, there is not much more I can review at this time. His office staff is terrible and Michelle puts wrong codes into insurance company so she can try to charge you extra money out of your pocket. Michelle will also try to double charge you for things like numbing cream for your gums or charge different prices, my husband was charged $22 and was charged $35. She also will try and cancel appts you made to squeeze people in without insurance to get the money for big procedures. I have opted to discontinue using the office for future procedures
