This was the best experience I've ever had going to a doctors office. From the time that I walked in the receptionist Alicia greeting me with a positive attitude and thanked me for coming on time, to having me checked in and saw the NP Irene in a timely manner. I was in and out in record time. I want to say about 45 minutes or less. I've never experienced such efficient fast service before I highly recommend this location. Was a complete pleasure coming to this office. I can't believe it. I want to jump up and down in excitement and hug all the ladies working at this location. Wow!!

She has done a wonderful job of taking care of me and my 3 children. I would ONLY trust her and her expertise in taking care of my future "fetuses". I was most thrilled about her bedside manners and her technique with my vaginal birth and 2 C-sections. She gave me all the appropriate medications I needed to relieve me of my pain, and was the greatest moral support through the process. She did a great job of walking me and talking me through the whole experience ALL THREE TIMES!! Lastly, I am so thankful for my nearly invisible scar from my 2 C-sections. I still don't recall me going in there for BC, just a post pregnancy check up, was she upset cause I opted for NO birth control???? the tone still doesn't sit well with me after 4 years. now in my 2nd pregnancy going somewhere else because I did not like her. No shit?!! That receptionist is pathetic and needs to not work in customer service. With the current times, people need to be a little more sensitive and more informative moving forward. The 30 seconds on that phone really messed up my busy day and search for my partners health solutions. Please get a new receptionist
