We ended up terminating our contract after 15 months without any progress. Avoid working with this agency at all cost. We ended working with other agency and have had great result. Here are the details on how CSP missed in delivering any results: 1) Prolonged Process: The process has taken much longer than initially promised. After 15 months since we began this journey, we have yet to be matched with any surrogate. 2) Lack of Engagement: Since we signed the contract in April, 2023, there has been a lack of proactive engagement from CSP. We experienced radio silence from our case managers for a year and had to reach out multiple times in April 2024 to get CSP's attention, ultimately enforcing a weekly cadence with our case manager and asking her manager to attend our call to make any progress. 3) Unsuitable Candidates: We presented our criteria for a surrogate to CSP in April 2023. However, when candidates were finally presented to us 13 months after, they consistently failed to meet our standard criteria. Many did not receive medical clearance from our doctor or were located far from our preferred locations. 4) Unfulfilled Promises: In May 2024, we were promised a potential surrogate in California who had supposedly expressed interest in matching with us. However, we were informed less than 12 hours before our scheduled match call that the surrogate seemingly and suddenly had backed out. We felt we were not informed transparently about her intent to work with other intended parents.

Trust Coordinators: You are provided a trust coordinator to oversee every financial aspect from beginning to postpartum. On-time payments: Piggybacking off of the trust coordinator perk: I've never once had an issue with anything regarding finances. Everything is always paid in full, on time. That's the beauty of having someone specific for that role. Experience: They are the oldest agency in the world! They have seen it all and know how to handle any and all situations that come their way. Experience is another reason why they are sooooo good with matching. Other factors that may be important to others are compensation - they have very competitive compensation, location - they work across the U.S. and work in any surrogacy friendly state, but it is not necessary to be in the same state as the agency. They also work with domestic and international IP's. And last, but not least, the size of the company. Many people prefer a smaller company which in comparison, CSP is not, but CSP is loaded with knowledgeable individuals, with decades of experience, and a small company vibe. The atmosphere and interactions received by each employee at CSP does not entertain any perception that the surrogate is just "a number". I am so thankful I chose CSP as my agency. The first surrogate we were matched with turned out to have a history of multiple arrests by the police that we discovered when we searched on her name and city on duckduckgo.com. Thankfully, we discovered this before a pregnancy had occurred, but not until we had already spent considerable time and money getting the surrogate through medical screening and ready for a transfer. The second surrogate we were matched with did not become pregnant and lab tests showed that a pregnancy could not be successful because she had virtually no progesterone in her system. The most likely scientific explanation was non-compliance with taking the required progesterone support needed to become pregnant and sustain a pregnancy. Other red flags: The agency's website does not include the names/bios of the staff or an address. The owner appears to use a different last name than their actual last name. A leading national surrogacy referral/concierge service in the U.S. dropped Tiny Sprouts as an agency they refer.

I spent a significant amount of time researching before deciding which company to donate my eggs…read morethrough, and ultimately chose GG. I'm writing this review because I wish I had come across something this transparent during my own decision-making process. The egg donation process requires far more time, energy, and personal investment than is communicated upfront. Before even being matched with intended parents, you go through months of preparation--building a detailed profile, gathering extensive personal and family medical history, completing written responses, recording a video, and submitting photos. Even after completing all of this, there is no guarantee you will ever be selected. Once matched, the process becomes even more demanding. It involves psychological evaluations, genetic screening, drug testing, bloodwork, and multiple ultrasounds. Donors are responsible for scheduling and attending all of these appointments themselves, and there is no compensation for time, travel, or the impact on your work schedule. In my experience, my calendar quickly became dominated by donation-related commitments. Communication throughout the process can also be challenging. You are in contact with multiple parties--doctors, coordinators, legal representatives--but there is little coordination between them. I often found myself acting as the intermediary, relaying information back and forth, which led to confusion and added stress. At times, it felt unclear who was responsible for ensuring I fully understood each step. The medical portion is also more intensive than many may expect. You are required to self-administer multiple daily hormone injections that significantly affect your body, followed by travel for monitoring appointments and the retrieval procedure. In my case, this required multiple cross-country trips and taking extended time off work, none of which was compensated. Compensation is presented as $10,000 for a first donation and $12,000 for a second. However, an important detail that was not clearly emphasized is that this income is taxable. After completing two donation cycles and four trips, my total compensation was $22,000 before taxes. I later owed approximately $5,000 in taxes--something I was not adequately prepared for or advised on. This significantly reduced the net compensation and changed my overall perspective on the experience. When I reached out to the company to express my concerns about this, I was told there was nothing they could do. In total, this process required a substantial commitment over the course of about a year, both physically and emotionally. While I sincerely hope my donations helped create a healthy family, the overall experience did not feel proportionate to the compensation or level of support provided. I share this not to discourage others entirely, but to ensure that anyone considering egg donation has a clear and realistic understanding of what the process involves--especially in terms of time, coordination, physical impact, and financial responsibilities.

I originally chose this surrogacy agency because they boasted a protective, responsive, "boutique"…read moreexperience as they only took 60 families per year to maintain great relationships with their clients. We loved this and were so sad to find our experience far from what what promised. Our first surrogate fell through because the agency allowed the surrogate to make a breach of good faith and raise her cost 10k AFTER talking to us. Instead of telling the surrogate that wasn't fair to do to us the IPs, they just passed it right on to us. The trust was broken and we decided to try a different match. With this new match they tried to claim that the husband who works in HVAC makes $32/hr but were charging well over $40/hr in "potential commission" instead of following standard protocol and verifying this themselves, the agency once again just passed it on to us without even verifying. As you can see, we were not protected at any point during our time with their agency. We had to ask for them to verify it... and somehow, they decided to reach out to the surrogate without our permission (not the first time, by the way) and tell her we wanted them to lower the price. That was not at all the case, we only wanted to verify the wage per standard protocol.... we were dropped by that surrogate. Therefore, our "advocates" and "agency" made two of our possibly wonderful surrogates fall through. They refused to take any responsibility, showed no care whatsoever for our embarrassment and hurt, and honestly should find a different business to work in. This is a very precious and sensitive experience, please listen to me and save yourself the heart break...go elsewhere. From, "your dream IPs" EDIT: Again... (thanks for the copy and paste "apology". SO genuine.) The response given was a business-forward, half-way apology after the fact. You completely left out all of the places in which you went wrong, and that says a lot. Let's not forget that after talking with surro #1 you allowed the surogate to mark up her price 10k (not the amount you posted).. that is a breach of good faith, unprofessional, and honestly in a good agency should have never gotten to us. The correct response to what y'all did to us would have been to make it right with the second failed surrogate by admitting that y'all went straight to her without conferring with us first. We felt so embarrassed by that as negotiating was not our objective whatsoever, we wanted to make the family whole without being taken advantage of (a 140% markup is well beyond industry standard, and you cannot tell me otherwise). As I stated before, y'all didn't follow your own protocol on verifying that before passing it on to us. To bring it memory, this is a protocol that is literally stated on page 14 of your benefits package; is it y'all's duty to verify all base wages... you did not do that. You failed us and that hurts during such a sensitive time. It's been made clear this is just business (a business that fails their own protocols and does not protect their IPs the way they do their surrogates). That's not a business we want to work with, so all good there.
