Even at night and on weekends, I have received an immediate response to my questions. That is something that in this day and age is very rare. I can't think Nicolas and his team enough for providing a level of comfort with this new system, that was, quite frankly, very intimidating when I first bought the boat. It's great to know I have someone to rely on in the future if I ever have additional questions.

Had him install a new bilge pump but he forgot to turn on battery and my boat nearly sank at the dock from heavy rain - poor quality control. I explained my problem, being with a marine GPS unit. He kindly explained what might what he thought might be the nature of the problem, asked me to check out of few things then call in to set up a repair appointment aboard my boat. Accordingly I did check the things out he mentioned, phoned him back but said he couldn't set anything up any specific repair time at the moment but would phone me back to arrange it for it on a Thursday or Friday of that week. Well, as is rather typical with how thing go in South Florida when someone says they'll phone you back, they often don't, and he didn't. So, after both of his suggested appointment dates had pretty much passed and no call, I drove back to his office and again no one except the two dogs were there. When someone operating a business fails to do what they say they are going to do such as phoning back, have a closed office with no door notes or indications of when their office might be open and two suggested appointment dates missed, such begins to raise serious questions of reliability in my mind so I generally go looking elsewhere, which in this case I did. Since they didn't perform any of the services I wanted them to perform, I can't comment on the quality of their work, but I can comment on the manner in which they seem to operate their business, which is a flat out Eek! I won't be back. One Star, which is in fact one star more than they deserve.
