I was helping my elderly neighbor that is selling his home. Anthony replaced and house electrical panel, a 1987 200 amp Stab Lock electrical panel by ITE that was totally corroded and possibly not safe. When we met he noticed that the local Service company that connected the electric water heater did it by using a flexible extension cord and 220 volt receptacle, which is dangerous and not per the Building Code. Then he gave me a price to replace the panel and correct the water heater connection which was reasonable and accepted and the project was completed the next day in the time frame he said it would take. Exceptional customer service! I just purchased a home and the day I move in I realize that the whole downstairs living room area had no electricity. I contacted a 24/7 company and they were suppose to send an electrician same day. It did not happen. They did call and apologized and stated that they would waive the coming out fee but I would have to wait until Monday. I promptly started searching for another 24/7 electric companies that would be able to send a person on Sunday. When I called AC electric, Anthony, got straight to the point. He was like, what is the issue, let me call you back in a few minutes, and take a picture of the electric outlet panel. Within less than 25 minutes, I get a text the electrician is at my home. Last year I used Anthony Colandrea from AC Electric to install a lamp in my apartment . He knew he needed insurance to enter that particular building. He charged me $150 & did a good job. Therefore, I called him again this year to remove the lamp from the apartment & install it at my new place & he never gave me a price. I moved on October 9th - the manager of the building wouldn't let him in because his insurance had expired. Therefore, he got his insurance renewed by phone & they let him in. He removed the lamp & left all the wiring exposed (the land- lady called me to complain because she had to call an electrician to fix it), then my son went with him to show him where I was moving so he could install the lamp. My son had come from New Jersey for a couple of days to help me out with the movers. This guy told my son he was in a hurry & couldn't give him a ride back. Therefore, he called Uber. I reached-out to the Tesla authorized electrician and was given the run-around: Take pictures, send pictures, wait for reply, look for the master switch, indicate the load, draw a sketch of the area containing circuits, etc. One week later I still didn't have my "free estimate". I highly recommend Anthony for all your electrical needs. We had a power outage on a Saturday night. I googled electricians and Anthony called me back immediately. He was at my house in 30 minutes, restored our power, and promised to be back early Monday morning. He told me to call him over the weekend if I had any problem. We are relatively new to Florida and were very reassured by his expertise and caring. He arrived first thing Monday morning with his workers and they were all very professional. He called me back shortly after and said he could have someone to the house first thing in the morning. The next day Joe actually arrived early. I needed my PC panel replaced ASAP, so I called every electrician I could find. I just moved to a condo in Deerfield Beach FL. from NY. I came home to a flood water everywhere and pouring out of the ETC. Panel. I called a few Electrical companies but no one was available. I had a bad panel along with wiring issues that were done by a company that remodeled my kitchen. On site job got done 1 week later. All work was done extremely well.
