It felt more like being pressured into a sale rather than being guided toward what was actually best for our child. After signing up, the level of support dropped significantly. Communication became inconsistent, and getting updates or responses was difficult. It often felt like once the contract was secured, follow-through was no longer a priority. Overall, the combination of high-pressure sales tactics and poor communication made this a negative experience.
