THIS PLACE IS A MONEY TRAP !!! Nicole The manager basically tells you that you need a certain amount of hours not letting you know that there is an option to purchase less hours than what she suggest you purchase. I paid fully upfront over $5000 to be exact It was around the holidays so they We're closed for November and the holidays in December. The policy state 60 days when I tried to communicate with her that my child did not want to go there. There were no improvements. They tried to convince me Then my child did like it there and that they could save my hours if I ever chose to come back, my kid hates it there. There's no reason to come back. I want it to be refund literally seven days after the so-called 60 days which included the days that the facility was closed, Nicole informed me that I would not be getting the refund which the contract states that they have a penalty where they charge you 400 and then $50 an hour rather than the promotion of $40 an hour, but instead of honoring that they decided to keep my hours in a bank, For future you switch, we have no intentions they said I could give them to other people, but I would never suggest a child enroll into this program... I decided to call corporate to no response so I dug further AND FOUND THE LLC SO I CONTACTED THE OWNER. EXPLAINED SAID HE WOULD COMMUNICATE WITH ME AFTER SPRING BREAK. I'VE CALLED THE OFFICE MULTIPLE TIMES TO NO AVAIL LEFT MESSAGES AND HE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME..... It's so many other programs out there that are so much better than this and way less expensive. They had my kid reading and told me oh he's so advanced. He's read 10 books already no shit Sherlock. He goes to an advanced program to school and this program did absolutely nothing for him. ... NOT ONLY THAT, BUT WHEN THEY REPLY TO YOUR GOOGLE OR YELP REVIEW, IT'S ALL COOKIE CUTTER. IT'S A COPY AND PASTE THEY DON'T CARE. THEY JUST WANT THE MONEY. Our kids went to school together after spring break. I never heard back. I kept calling, leaving messages. It's been months now. I had to go through my Bank to get refunded. Nicole was very difficult to work with as well. The only thing I could suggest is Running Away From this place. Nicole is amazing and her entire staff. She was very prompt and detailed in her explanation of everything from the scores my daughter received , where she is now and where they anticipate her to be by the end of her sessions. Every time I am running late or my daughter is sick she is easy to reach and communicate with. I also like how they keep the kiddos inside until the parents arrive especially with the time change and it getting darker sooner. My daughter really enjoys going here and the tutors as well. A huge perk for my kiddo is that she earns points every time she attends and she can cash them out for a prize of her choice. Tutoring club definitely makes learning more fun. They are the most fun and nicest people ever!!! They keep track of my grades, and talk to me whenever I'm struggling in a certain subject. Whenever I have a test coming up, they help me study by quizzing me on the stuff I learned and teach me the material I'm struggling with.
