    I love the quality of the shirts. My experience was wonderful and very fast. The employees are all great.

    This place is ridiculous! Extremely packed with only 2 register open 2 people working. 100 people in lines that curved around the store and each line is for a different thing which is not explain for what it is. Rude customer service and one Asian lady doesn't even understands English. Ridiculous Besides that quality of the uniforms are bad and cheaply made with a very very high price just ridiculous. Did I mention de don't have air condition !?!? They have to ceiling fans and they are turned off.

    The service was great. The place was crowded, so not much social distances but everyone, including the workers all had on mask. There were so many options. We went there to get a few shirts & a dress.... ended up with all plus the backpack. *which was awesome, as they provide FREE embroidery with purchase.

    Felt the same way with other reviews, it's very inconvenient to go back and forth to this store, they have a wrong Spirit day shirt and had to go back here for the 3rd time. I think schools should have their own inventory not just relying on this store. Bathroom have empty food containers, are they using bathroom as kitchen?

    Their service is awful & they don't stand by their products. Poor value. Better off ordering from Lands End.

    Our experience with Texas Embroidery & Silkscreening ended up wasting over a month and a half of…read moreour time while we were trying to get uniforms made for our new business. To be fair, the experience started off very polite and professional. The staff initially seemed helpful and confident they could complete the order. We brought in the exact shirt we wanted, including the shirt model number and logo already on it as a reference so there would be no confusion. The only things we asked for were to make the logo slightly smaller, embroider it in gold thread instead of the patch style on the original shirt, and make the name slightly larger. Everything was explained in person and even measured in the shop. The first order came back with logos that were about three times larger than the original shirt, and the names and company name were missing completely. From there the order was redone multiple times, and every revision came back wrong in a different way. Sometimes the logo size was wrong, sometimes names were missing, sometimes the wording was incorrect, and at one point designs were even placed on the wrong shirts. One thing that became obvious during this process is that nothing was entered into a computer system. All of the instructions were handled with handwritten notes, and those notes seemed to get mixed up each time the order was redone. After numerous trips back and forth to the shop and repeated attempts to correct the order, the shirts were still not usable. Instead of resolving the issue, we were ultimately told they would simply refund the order and stop working on it. While the experience started off polite, by the end of the process the tone had completely changed. There was visible frustration directed toward us even though the repeated mistakes were not on our end and we had clearly provided the correct shirt and instructions from the beginning. What should have been a simple embroidery job turned into six weeks of delays and repeated mistakes. We ended up making nine or ten trips to the shop, wasting a significant amount of time, fuel, and energy while trying to get something corrected that should have been straightforward from the start. Because of how much time this cost us and how it set our business launch back, I absolutely do not recommend Texas Embroidery & Silkscreening. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering Texas Embroidery & Silkscreening to look elsewhere before committing to an order.

    I went into this location to return some a set of scrubs I had purchased, tags intact, never worn,…read moreand I had the receipt with me and even the bag I purchased them in. I went into letting them know that I had paid with Apple Pay, and I asked how the returns work for that, and it was insane from there. The girl training in the front was very kind and patient. However when she called the assistant manager for help, the assistant manager was giving me some weird looks like she was annoyed and or suspicious or something. I asked if there was an alternative in refunding my money, like if she could do cash. I asked if she could seek further info on a return for Apple Pay, she was very very annoyed. She told me there was nothing they could do and I had to plead with her and ask her to pls call someone above her to ask for details as I was leaving the city of Fort Worth to Houston and i am a paramedic (don't wear scrubs) so store credit was not of use for me. I wanted to make sure the money would be refunded into. Y bank account. It was like pulling teeth, she refused to give me the number to corporate, she refused initially to contact someone above her before she actually did. She refused to give me her name, she told me that " I needed to learn to listen", and she ignored me when I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me. I want to note.. that there is nothing wrong with not knowing how to do something, but being in a leader position, you would think that she would know to call the next person in the chain of command to ask for further help/guidance. She made it such a complicated process, and had such a bad attitude the entire time, it felt like high school and clearly a bad example to the trainee and also very unprofessional. Never going to this location if I ever need scrubs again.

When I walked up to the counter to ask her if she could help me find my size she said that's why I asked you when you walked in. I told her I needed extra small petite she handed me a black pair and I asked if she had brighter colors like pink or purple. Then she said Well you should've started with that and we don't have that here!!!! Very rude I didn't catch her name but she was wearing green glasses I believe. I wouldn't recommend coming here it was very uncomfortable.
