Art of Life by Matt... I wanted to capture the original innocence and poignant message

I have a precious pencil drawing from my deceased son that I wanted to have framed. Based on Yelp reviews I went to Duanne at Acanthus. I explained what I was trying to do with the framing. His calm professional demeanor instantly put me at ease. I knew he would take great care of my 'art.' His suggestions were perfect. I picked it up today and LOVE the end result. It's exactly what I had hoped for. I HIGHLY recommend Duanne and Acanthus for all your framing needs. He's a fabulous artisan.

Feels like red carpet service when we get to know this for the first time. I was Infact expecting some national guards to come and greet me like red carpet. Non sense!!! The patio furniture was delivered without side tables . And the side tables were delivered with UPS who just left it at doorstep only to realise I have to assemble it myself. The charges $400 fee just for shipping and assembly for $3k order. I think this is ridiculous!!! Please close down you don't deserve to be in business!!!

I specifically came for their green guard gold furniture, and was disappointed to find that the green guard gold certification is not listed on the tag. There's also very little cell reception in the space so none of their QR codes would load. I ended up doing additional research and after only feeling partially interested in their desk designs I decided to go with a different company as I wanted a plain desk with no drawers or storage and they had little to nothing in that category. The service at this location was slightly standoffish and not particularly helpful, but some of the items were quite pretty. Especially since the quality was much higher than that of Pottery Barn, easily. All in all, it was a well laid out showroom and I loved their Acorn color, but their current designs just weren't for me.

She came into my home with dozens of options, hanging canvas's up on my wall where I was able to study them, take a picture and feel the art in the space - then - all of a sudden, I turn around after she has put another two pieces up and WOW that's it. I would have never picked what I picked in any store - but seeing on my wall in MY living room - I knew - it spoke to me, and that was it. The framer came shortly after, framed it perfectly and it's now hanging on my wall. Do you know how many pictures and how much time I would have had to lug in my car and put up each piece only to probably return it and start all over again? Too many hours to count - too many holes in my wall - too many trips to countless stores. Noa is awesome, talented, warm, friendly and honest about what works and what doesn't AND there is no pressure. It's free for her to come and take a test drive of art in your home! Highly recommend!

We already made a couple of the changes she mentioned and it has really elevated the room! Her style is very personable without feeling like too much of a "sales pitch". Her framer was also punctual and efficient, and available just a couple days after we bought the art. Would definitely recommend Noa's Art to any new home owners looking to create a beautiful space!

This place is more like HomeBads. I love Homegoods/TJ…read moreMaxx/Marshalls and even have a TJX credit card, but my experience at this HomeGoods has been consistently negative and has made me not want to shop anywhere related to this company. The main issue with this HomeGoods is its horrendous lack of customer service. I myself work in retail, so I understand it can get overwhelming and customers can be frustrating at times. Even in my worst moments, however, I have not treated anyone as rudely as the staff (especially management) here treated me (and other customers, based on other reviews). I purchased a Staub baking pan here recently. When I put it in the oven for the first time to cook dinner the other night, I heard a bang after about 20 minutes and found that the baking pan had broken completely in half inside the oven! It caused a mess in my oven and the jagged edges of the baking pan were difficult to avoid as I attempted to remove it. I double-checked the packaging, and it claimed that it can handle up to 572 degrees F (I was baking at 350). So, I considered the product must have been defective or damaged at the time of purchase. Clearly it was not worth the money I paid for it. I put it in a bag and brought it to the store to show them what had happened to get a refund or exchange or something. The manager (Christine or something that started with a C) came over and immediately addressed me with disgust at having to see the pan. Obviously it isn't ideal to see a dirty pan, but I hadn't cleaned it due to the jagged edges that were exposed by its total fracture in my oven, and mostly I just wanted to show them that it had indeed broken. I don't know what they require for a refund so I figured I'd just bring it. Having the pan in that state wasn't ideal or appealing to me either but unfortunately the product they sold had not worked as advertised. She began saying she can't return it because it is a health code violation and it isn't in "sellable condition." Girl...no one is asking you to eat off of it or resell it. It split in half. As a defective item, it wasn't even in sellable condition when I bought it - I just didn't know it yet! Then she told us that they are not responsible for what happens to an item after it leaves the store. However, nothing happened TO it; something happened BECAUSE of it not being a good product! Additionally, the fact you have a return policy at all indicates you are, indeed, somewhat responsible for your products after they leave the store. If a customer bought a sweater and later found it had a hole in it, they'd accept it as a return even though it isn't in sellable condition; how is this different? She was looking at us with disgust and suspicion as if we're somehow scamming them by returning a defective product purchased genuinely less than a week ago. We literally had to ask her if she wanted us to clean it then bring it back (still broken?) in order to process the return, at which point she said they'd make an exception and give store credit. Fabulous, thank you! I don't expect anyone to drop to their knees or beg forgiveness, and I get that I'm just one customer out of many, but I was pretty shocked at the attitude and lack of humanity provided by this manager. Not for a moment did she seem curious about what happened, apologetic for her store selling a defective product that could have injured someone by cracking in a hot oven, or at all capable of reasonable human interaction. I know Staub is just a brand they sell, and they didn't make the pan, but they still sold it. Maybe it got damaged in transport or cracked somewhere along the line, or maybe it was sent to them defective, but she only seemed to think that we were disgusting for even bringing it in and asking for a refund of a $30 product. As a customer I have never felt so judged and almost detested! I cannot emphasize enough the nasty attitude with which she addressed us and her total resistance to anything constructive or polite in the most basic way. Again, in my darkest hours as a retail worker (and I have had plenty ) I have never looked at or spoken to a customer (even the most ridiculous ones, which I didn't believe I was being) in that way. I'm grateful we got the refund but the process was so absurdly dehumanizing considering the fact I was majorly inconvenienced by this defective pan and the fact that it seems totally reasonable to return a product that did not function as advertised. This has made me reconsider having a TJX card and shopping at these stores; and I will definitely never return to this HomeGoods. If you made it this far and get anything out of this review it is that you should save yourself by never crossing the threshold of this Dublin HomeGoods unless you enjoy horrible experiences. If you do, I wish you luck!
