I talked with someone and left my information, part #, water heater model, etc. They called back within minutes to confirm they had my part (and just one of them). They held it for me and I drove down right away to pick it up. Upon picking it up, I was confused by the size of the box, so we opened it and, sure enough, the little part was in that big box - but it looked slightly different. She called "Dan" who explained how the WH models changed over the years, and the parts changed with it - and yes, it should work just fine. If not, they'd work with me to get it figured out. In short - they were right, and the part worked great. The customer service was exceptional - super nice people and very knowledgeable folks. Would totally recommend them.

Then on Tuesday they said someone would come out wednesday. That was a no call no show. I called again thursday and the lady tried saying it hasn't been 2 weeks. (It was). I would not recommend to anyone. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner. Buyer beware!!! call anyone else but them. You can see past reviews had basically the same issue.
